Sunshine and Happiness provide you with a new home with a community pool, and pickleball courts for hours of family fun. You can relax in the privacy of a secluded pergola-covered patio with comfortable seating and a fire table and patio lights to enjoy in the evening. Don't forget to grill up some family favorite meals or prepare them in the fully equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare and serve them as well. There are two large living spaces with TVs and games for more indoor entertainment. You'll have a working desk station if work or school needs are on the agenda. There are 3 lovely bedrooms including a deluxe king suite that will ensure a good night's rest. There is a washer and dryer and a double-car garage for your use. Come and relax, Sunshine and Happiness is just around the corner!

Located on the gorgeous red rock side of town, Heritage Pointe is a great new vacation rental in Santa Clara, Utah. With its close proximity to Tuacahn Amphitheater, Snow Canyon State Park, and Firehouse Park, this neighborhood has you perfectly located to explore so much of what makes Southern Utah amazing! Directly across the street you will also find the Sand Hollow Aquatic Center that includes a diving pool, a rock climbing wall, a zero depth entry leisure pool featuring a water slide, and lots of interactive water toys for the kids!

We had a great stay at this townhome! Close to great restaurants and golf courses. Very clean and the property manager was quick to help us with anything we needed to know. Would stay here again. Perfect for our little birthday weekend getaway.

Nice floorplan but too close to the busy road
We enjoyed the unit. The unit was very clean which is super important for the wife! The floor plan accommodates our family nicely. Having a pickle ball court was nice and we used it several times during our stay. it would have been awesome if there was some pickle ball equipment in the unit. But I understand how that stuff can disappear easily. Our son didn't like the construction starting at 7:00am each morning but I think they're getting closer to having that all wrap up soon. We weren't a big fan of the plastic dishes... they just felt a little cheap. The plastic forks felt like I was using a spork from KFC. They did have metal silverware that we used the rest of the time but the plastic plates and bowls were not my favorite. Our biggest complaint with the unit was the noise from the busy road right behind the master bedroom. It was really noisy. We tried turning on both bathroom fans to muffle the noise but we could still hear cars throughout the night. They probably need to investigate heavier glass windows on the backsides of those units to help insulate better...or maybe even a white noise devices or something in the master bedrooms. We were able to sleep okay but it was surprisingly louder than we would have imagined. We've stayed at this property before and enjoyed the other units as well. I think folks should just be a little cautious about units 1 - 7 because they are backed up against the busy road.

Quick Family Getaway
We had a great time at this property! The home was very clean, beds were comfortable, location was fantastic…we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! They even had pickle ball paddles and balls for the community pickle ball court! We had a great time and were very comfortable! Would definitely recommend and will be staying there again in the future!
