'It was a great stay. Very nice and spacious apartment in the centre of Venice. It is just 2 minutes from Rialto bridge and 12 minutes to San-Marco. All facilities was in good condition, apartment is clean and well mainted, good internet connection. '

'We hadden een aangenaam verblijf en zaten in een rustige locatie. Een tip voor de eigenaars, glazen en bestek waren nog vuil en er zat nog een gevuld McDonald’s doosje in de ijskast. Voor de rest was alles naar wens en zouden dit appartement aanraden.'

'Heerlijk appartement op mooie centrale locatie met echte Italiaanse bars en restaurants om de hoek. In laagseizoen helemaal fijn en goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Zeer complete inrichting, schoon en goed bed. Bij vijfdaags verblijf werd tussentijds schoongemaakt, bed opgemaakt en schone handdoeken - super. Prachtig terras op het dak, bij het appartement op de vijfde verdieping, met mooi uitzicht over de stad. Gebouw heeft lift, dus vijfde verdieping geen probleem ;-)'

'Do NOT look any further! This is where you should and must stay! I could write an essay on why! We traveled with our 2 children and stayed in the 3 bedroom, my kids screamed when they walked in. Elvis and EVERYONE at the front desk is amazing. Venice is magical and staying here only made it more special! The windows, the space, the people, stay here!'

'Prachtige, schone en sfeervolle etage vlakbij Palazzo Fortuny. Dit appartement is heerlijk vanwege fijne keuken met alles erop en eraan en met rustige en smaakvolle woonkamer. Eindelijk eens een mooie informatiemap en paraplu waaruit ware betrokkenheid met de gasten blijkt. De supermarkt is 2 minuten lopen en de wijk kan niet beter. Op de achtergrond een zeer gastvrije Eva op de achtergrond. Zij hielp ons met het verkrijgen van de sleutel, was superaardig en behulpzaam in de omgang. Wij danken...

'they place was huge alot of rooms 6 bedrooms and we were a family of 5, and it had 2 washrooms, only problem with the place no ac, one room had ac good so we all kinda slept in there, other area's were way to hot and even it rained on our trip and was cool outside but the inside was terrible, also we had 5 suitcases and omg it was a pain walking up those stairs, i wish they had an elevator its a must in europe if you have lots of luggage, but even walking up with the heat in the building its...

'Nice, clean and spacious apartment with all facilities. You can find various bars and restaurants just around the corner. We loved to end our day full of impressions with a cocktail on on of the terraces on the square just behind the apartment . A great base from which to explore Venice, in a relatively quiet street. We’d stay there again if we revisit Venice!!'

'The apartment is great and in the perfect location. Quiet area, but with a lot of shops and restaurants very nearby. Central location made getting around very easy, with plenty of waterbus stops nearby for additional travel options. Francesca was very communicative, and gave clear instructions on reaching the apartment. She walked us through everything we needed to know and gave us amazing restaurant recommendations. I will definitely stay here again when we come back. '

"Personeel was erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk, op loopafstand van het s. Marco plein, veel restaurants en een supermarkt in de buurt veel winkeltjes en souvenirs op loopafstand, ontbijt was geweldig van alles wat en als je wat anders nodig had dan maken ze het voor je (zelfs vegan opties)"

"Reception insisted on making a copy of my passport for no clear reason, the needed information was already given through Expedia itself and could have been entered into the computer manually without making a copy. Making copies of Dutch passports is illegal under Dutch law and is completely unnecessary. The receptionist reacted very annoyed when I asked her not to make or use a copy even though it meant zero extra effort or time for her. The hotel room itself and the breakfast room staff were very pleasant. Location is perfect for exploring Venice."
