Beautiful Beach Front Home sleeps 8- perfect for couples or families.

Our Single Family home/house is nestled RIGHT on a beautiful white sand beach, offering magnificent views of the Caribbean Sea. You just step off the big front porch right unto the beach. It s perfect for couples, families or friend getaway trips. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to dine in or dine or on an island with some of the best cuisine in Central America/Caribbean. There are 3 pools & kayaks that our guests have full access to. There is also an onsite PADI dive/tour shop where every kind of adventure can be booked.

In addition to the two bedrooms, both having king size beds and full bathrooms with double sink vanities, there is also a loft with 2 extra long twin beds and a sitting area. The loft is fully air-conditioned and also has a ceiling fan.

The living room boasts a 50" TV set up with Roku. Wifi is free and works very well in our villa. Our kitchen has all of the modern conveniences including a dishwasher and a full size stove, stainless appliances and solid service counter-tops. We have a table and
six chairs in the kitchen.

We have two covered porches on our villa- one on the front facing the sea and the other one on the back of the home. The front porch measures 44 feet by 12 feet and the one on the back is 44 feet by 7 feet. The front porch has 4 lounge chairs, and a table with 6 chairs for outside dining. The back porch has a table with 2 chairs and a sitting area with a couch and coffee table.

For additional sleeping accommodations, there is a queen sleeper in the living room. Our home is concrete construction with all electric appliances.

Fun trip
The accommodations were perfect for our family of 5! Amazing beachside view!!! Staff was very hospitable and helpful. They assisted us when our golf cart left us stranded in town and always greeted us with a smile when we returned safely. The ride to SanPedro was a tad long and bumpy- but that was all part of the experience- as were the plentiful mosquitoes, given the fact that it was the rainy season. All things considered we had great weather!! We enjoyed fun snorkeling experiences and appreciated dining recommendations from Sapphire staff and other locals. We also used the cooking facilities in th house as well. The VRBO hostess was helpful with travel details and was prompt with her communication and throughly answered all our questions. The Sapphire staff and affiliates were extremely helpful with planning our travel details- from taxi driver to boat tickets to a shuttle ride with grocery store stop. Everything went smoothly!! Once we arrived the warm Central American hospitality was unbeatable.

Absolutely Perfect
First off the Villa is literally front and center on the beach looking at the ocean and the pier. The beauty alone is captivating. The home is adorable, has everything you need. Beds were very comfortable, the porches in the front and back were thoughtfully appointed with all you need. Two steps out the back door is the ocean and two steps out the front is the pool. Truly one of the very best villas I have ever stayed in. Sapphire Beach staff were wonderful and are willing to help at all times. Sally was very responsive any time I had a question. Staying in this Villa really made our vacation. Yes it's a bit far from San Pedro, but driving the golf carts are a blast and gives you opportunity to breathe the fresh air and see the sites of Belize along the way. The food at the Gem is incredible - this really is a golden spot. Thank you Sally for sharing your home and making our trip extra special! Amazing place!!

Really great property with staff that went above and beyond. They helped put together a birthday surprise while we were out one day. **The only downside would be the sargassum that was pretty heavy during our stay, but we did know there was a chance of that and did not change how much we loved our stay. Front desk, housekeeping were all fantastic. Wilbur was our favorite.

Our accommodations were wonderful, very clean. And exactly as expected. Very relaxing and the information given to us by the owner after booking was exactly as described. The area restaurants were delicious Portofino and Metachia fantastic! A must go! Also the Bilizean Food Tour, wonderful a must. Secret Beach very welcoming and a nice experience.

Lovely place for a quiet vacation
The Sapphire Beach was exactly as advertised. The cottage (villa 11) we had was right on the beach with beautiful views of the water. Having coffee on the covered patio was wonderful. Swimming off the beach or dock terrific. The staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. Realistically, it’s a bit of a drive by golf cart into San Pedro but an easy one. Thank you all for a great vacation.

Incredibly Disappointed
While the property was very nice, the service was abysmal! The greatest problem was with the Gem Restaurant. On our final night, we decided to go to the restaurant, as they had gotten lobsters that day. We arrived at 5:00 pm and were never served our food until after 7:15. The lobsters offered were quite small and the waitstaff quoted a price of $50.00 US per lobster. Needless to say, we did not have those. When we arrived, we were the only diners in the restaurant. Still, it took us over half an hour to have our drink order filled. We had to repeatedly ask the waiter (Sergio) to take our dinner order. After that, a total of eight people came into the restaurant and ordered after us. All of their food came before ours. When the food finally came, my dinner was cold, and my husband found a wingless fly crawling around in his dinner. He sent it back to the kitchen, untouched and the waiter was singularly uncaring. At the end of the meal, we were charged for that dinner. Also, our drink glasses were never cleared and we had to take them up to the bar ourselves. After asking repeatedly for the check, we had to wait an additional 10 minutes for Sergio to bring the check, after he took another newcomer's order for drinks. After getting the check and letting the bartender (Luce) know of our dissatisfaction with everything, she said it was not her fault. I am frankly amazed that the owners of this establishment continue to be in business with such terrible staffing.

Quiet Get Away
If you want a stay away from the hustle and bustle, then Sapphire Beach Resort is it. Many days, it felt like we had our own personal beach. The staff is great, the food at the restaurant is fantastic, hard working folks cleaning the area every day. Maid service daily, the only negative is the trash that floats in on the north side of the island. Although the resort clean it up daily , what washes up on the beach, it was sad to see it all in the water.

Beautiful Beach front Property
We stayed here for over a week and loved every minute if it. We woke up and drank coffee to a beautiful ocean sun rise every day. The loft was perfect for our two children and having two bedroom suites for the adults was great too. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your property.

Right on the beach!
It is truly a unique experience to stay in a house right on the beach in the Caribbean Sea. As I write this I am thinking how quiet it is in my own home because I’d gotten used to the sound of the waves crashing on the barrier reef. Also enjoyed being right by the pier where we caught many a boat in to San Pedro Town. Very friendly owner neighbors who gave us lots of Island advice like spending a day on Caye Caulker which wound up being a highlight of the trip. Also cannot recommend the Belize Food Tour enough! This is my third time to Belize, and I did not even know that the Fried Jack is the National food of Belize! Also had some fantastic conch ceviche. All in all a great family trip with teens which isn’t always easy to do!

Right on the beach
Beautiful single home (not condo) with plenty of room and set in a perfect location. The front porch is literally just a few steps from the water and resort dock. Only negative was the Sargassum Seaweed which had come in to the beach. This is seasonal, though so only seems to be present in early Spring. The host was very responsive to any questions and concerns throughout the process. The resort staff were also very friendly and helpful. The drive time (golf cart) to San Pedro is approximately 40 minutes so plan that into your activity schedule. Overall, a great visit!!!!!

We had an amazing stay, the home was very clean, beds were super comfortable with great linens, and the view is everything! We really enjoyed the beautiful outdoor dining table and lounge chairs! Perfection! We wished we could have stayed longer! The few basics that were missing (garbage bags, sponge or dish brush) were provided when asked for. Excellent customer service from Gian prior to our trip - so helpful and informative. We would love to visit again!

Very solid spot to get away from it all.
Sally was a very thorough and responsive host and the on-site staff was also. This is truly a quiet get away- meaning you won’t be in the midst of the party, or probably close to it. If that’s okay (as it was for us) the house is lovely- with big front and back porches and a little on-site restaurant that’s a gem. Two big master bedrooms are very comfortable, and the loft is too, but not private and requires those staying up there to utilize one of the other two bedrooms’ baths. So for more than two couples, it’s just worth knowing that in advance. Sally’s is a nice bright home directly facing the open sea at the quiet north end of the island with a pool and lovely breezes to enjoy.

A Wonderful stay!
