Although the unit is on the third floor, the stairwells are pretty easy up climb. Love that there's parking designated. Beautiful sunsets and plenty of walking paths with beach access not far away! « I didn't receive check-in information until i was leaving home for the airport, not helpful. The complex does not have a swimming pool, though hotels-com says it does. There is a small area to sit next to a large heated spa pool, but my fob never worked on the door to the area, despite numerous complaints. I was allocated an apartment on the ground floor with windows on one side only, looking over a walk way straight at another block or apartments. No direct sunlight, so the apartment was dingy...

« Our host was amazing, attentive, friendly, and accommodating. The price we paid for the location in view was well worth it two bedroom with the balcony that made this stay worth it. Enjoyed cooking, watching movies with that video and falling asleep peacefully with that cold breeze coming through waking up to a magical view once again. « This place is great. It seemed to be newly renovated and had a lot of cool features. Finishes were all beautiful and the home was extremely clean. It sits on a quite street, and it's only a block from the ocean! Area seemed very safe and it was fun to walk to the pier and watch all the people fishing. Huge TV in the living room, comfy couch, beautiful kitchen with pretty much every pot/pan/dish you would need to prepare a mean. My sons appreciated the 2nd bedroom that had 2 separate twin...

« David's apartment is a beautiful, well-maintained, and nicely-furnished 2-bedroom located near 9th st and Folsom st. It has everything you'd need for a long-term stay. The front bedroom is the nicer of the two: the natural light and desk make for a very comfortable space.
