'This little cabin was just perfect for our recent 3 night stay in Durango. I'm hoping to come again during the summer time to enjoy the views of Lake Vallecito! It was easy to find and the host greeted us while they worked hard at snow removal because we had a blizzard on the day of our arrival. '

The beds and bedrooms are comfortable and cozy and the kitchen and living area have everything we need to make yummy meals and enjoy various activities including playing board games, reading, talking and opening our gifts!We so appreciate the Christmas tree where we place our gifts and love the view outside. 'This cottage is perfect for anyone looking to be out of town, but close to Durango's many amenities. We stayed with our little girl and were provided with all the extras that a child brings: a roll out bed/pack and play, baby gate, high chair. We would stay again!'

'We had a great time at this lovely home close to all the beauty Pagosa Springs has to offer. The mornings were peaceful with daily deer and geese sightings and the nights were quiet with a gorgeous night sky full of stars. The showers were hot, there was a full kitchen (which saved us money eating out), and we really couldn’t have asked for a better layout for our small group. Highly recommend this home for your PG visits!! '

'Beautiful well kept property. River views, wildlife near the property. Elk, deer, turkey, and geese. We visit this area often and would definitely stay here again. '

'The house sits a little outside of town but in a nice neighborhood. The 3 level house was very nice and can hold several families and has a nice living area with a somewhat small kitchen but it was not a problem at all. It was very clean and nicely furnished. The only issue we had was regulating the temp at night in the house with 3 levels. The folks on the bottom floor were comfortable but the people on the top 2 floors were a little warm. 'The house was in superb condition, well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and well appointed. Would highly recommend to any family or group planning to ski Purgatory. Make sure you have a 4WD vehicle in winter, as the road to access the house can be snowy/icy. We did see three pickup trucks from Texas stuck in the ditch having slid off the side of the road.'

'It was a our family reunion, we had a five year old with us so the washer and dryer where great! We enjoyed the hot tub too! Pretty setting and nicely decorated. '

'There was plenty of rooms and plenty of bathrooms. The property itself wasn’t as clean as it could be. There were some cobwebs up in the corners and the windows weren’t clean. The outside wasn’t well maintained. There was some lights that didn’t have bulbs in them. The toilet tissue holders in the bathroom were broke. One of the windows was broke as far as the mechanism to open and close it. But overall, it was a pretty great place.'

'This place was wonderful! The house was very clean and had everything you need for a short stay. It is conveniently located from Wold Creek Ski are and Pagosa Spring. We would love to go back! '

'The cabin was absolutely perfect for our family getaway. The owners were so helpful and considerate, making sure we had what we needed for our stay. The setting for the cabin, in winter, was stunning. We had a lot of room to enjoy the outdoors immediately around the cabin and we were even granted permission to explore the surrounding property by our gracious neighbors at Stoner RV Park. The location gave us access to Telluride and Durango with the ability to retreat to a quiet and almost...
