'Capri by the Sea was a beautiful property located steps away from the beach. The unit was an end unit, so the views of San Diego and the city were endless. It was a very outdated unit, with a rusted refrigerator, stained bathtub and pretty gross lint vent that appeared as if were never cleaned out. The check-in instructions were also confusing, as there was a rep on site. When I tried to check in, the security guard informed me that the instructions were outdated. 'This was a great op lace for our family of four. We rented for a week in March. The house was very clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable. The showers had great water pressure and lots of hot water. Great communication with the hosts, with a follow up call near check out to make sure everything was good for our stay. We really enjoyed thelis retreat. '

'This is a really good option if you want to be close to downtown. Lots of good restaurants, bars, museums, ect. to see in a walkable distance. Just make sure to bring earplugs because this property is directly under the flight path for planes landing at the airport, they pass over only a couple hundred feet overhead continuously all day but slack off at night. Overall I enjoyed it. '

And glad we didn’t have a vehicle larger than our Highlander as the parking space is fairly short as described. I was surprised that coffee and filters were not provided as all other Vrbo properties we have stayed at provide that but that’s not worth getting upset at, just be aware to bring your own. 'Made last minute plans to go to the beach with my family and found this property at a very reasonable rate. The check in process was exactly as communicated via email. The unit was clean and ready for my family and I to enjoy a couple days on the beach. Our only hiccup was the outside grill was not working. I sent Eric a text to let him know. "Onbijt is ongelooflijk slecht georganiseerd. Véél te weinig zitplaatsen. Airco en afzuiging badkamer zijn héél luid. Ook van de kamers rondom te horen. "

"Perfect location. Rooms are dated. I don’t like it when they say that your room is available but because its a few hours to early (because of an early flight) you have to pay 25 dollar extra. Room was not clean (empty packaging latex contraceptives) behind the bed. Als in tower 3 there was somebody “welcomes” you with a wheel you can turn to win a 120 minutes time share meeting….."

"We had a room on the 8th floor which was spacious and clean. We did have some airco noise and weird knocking noise from the elevator shaft (we think) which was annoying at night. Pool was nice and location was good for watersports and running. Restaurant has great staff but menu is limited. The gym was crowded in the morning but really quiet in afternoon."

"We had a room facing the freeway. The room has very thin windows so it was very noisy. Also the air conditioner was so loud that we needed to turn it off to be able to sleep. Breakfast was ok but not much variety. The rooms were clean though. Parking is paying (24 dollars a night) but you can park in the street in front of the hotel for free. "
