'The apartment was very close to all bath attractions. The main upstairs room was beautifully furnished and comfortable. The three basement rooms smelled quite musty and the noise from the road outside did bother them. Having 3 bathrooms was a big bonus. We were grateful for the milk left in the fridge We loved the fact a Xmas tree had been put up '

'Nice, spacious and quiet house on a great location. Smooth contact with the owner. Only the dining room was rather small. Some pots and pans need replacement and the cutlery was not enough. The short walk to the beach was a real pleasure!'

'Very tight entrance so to remove shoes as requested we could only go or leave 1 at a time. Kitchen is also very tight.'

It has been stylishly decorated and fitted out in a contemporary style, but still feels like a home from home. The road is very quiet, and it feels like you're in a peaceful, rural location. 'We have had an amazing weekend at this beautiful property which is spacious, comfortable, quirky and full of home comforts. Everything you need is here and Wareham was a delight…we had fun in Wareham pottery painting at Pottery Corner and an amazing meal at The Italian Kitchen. Thank you so much. '

'The house is in a prime spot in the city centre, but just enough away from the bustle to be quiet. It's well equipped and furnished. The kitchen is in the basement (cool in the summer). The two bathrooms are nicely done and well-functioning. We appreciated the toiletries and milk provided on arrival! There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. Not sure where more than 8 or 9 people would sit in the living room though. We couldn't close one of the old sash windows on the second floor but it...

'We have just returned from a wonderful weekend stay at Delux Modern House. The house is very well equipped, very clean and in a perfect location. So near the beach with its SOBO bar so close to enjoy. John our host went above and beyond to help make our stay very enjoyable. I have no doubts about recommending this lovely property to anyone wishing to have a chilled holiday by the beach.'

"Het hotel zag er leuk en modern uit en het publiek was gemêleerd qua leeftijd e.d., dus is fijn voor iedereen. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was prima, niet uitzonderlijk, maar gewoon goed. Er was altijd plek om lekker te zitten. De bedden vonden we wat aan de zachte kant en het was redelijk warm in de kamer. Een raam openen gaf dan wel weer wat verkeersgeluiden, maar al met al prima voor een weekendje weg om als uitvalsbasis te fungeren om in de omgeving dingen te gaan bekijken. Een kwartier lopen naar het treinstation, maar neem vooral een Bolt taxi: amper duurder en veel sneller!!"

Goed hotel, ook geschikt voor langer verblijf.

"Goed hotel. Schone kamer en een goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Erg vriendelijk personeel. Parkeren was mogelijk, maar het was erg druk en vol. Jammer, dat er nog steeds gebruik wordt gemaakt van een douchegordijn"
