« Concierge was not knowledgeable regarding location of elevators and rooms, but could be new to the job. Carpet next to the bed is crusty…I don’t want to know what it is. Other than that, the room is clean. It’s kind of a maze to find the right elevator and to get to our room, we had to go to the second floor then take stairs to the third floor. »

« We used a lint brush to clean numerous hairs from our sheets and mattresses. No elevator was an issue for us. We tried to use the attached pizza parlor at 10:30 pm and they said they were not making any more pizza, even though they were open until 11pm. »

« Breakfast was minimal at best. It went from 6-10 and I went at 8:30. There was 1 sausage and 1 egg left, the orange juice and apple juice were both very watery. It was very lacking. »
