« Sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Super gepflegt und mit traumhafter Aussicht. Como ist ca 30 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Pool ist sehr schön und das Haus großzügig geschnitten mit viel Platz. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. »

« The villa is fantastic and Francesco very kindness. The day with him on the lake was great. He took the time to explain us all the villas strories. What is better to discover all of this splendors by boat ! »

« Beautiful home with two gorgeous terraces. The shower is a bit tight but the main bathroom is overall very nice. Parking is a bit of a challenge but it’s not terrible you just need to orient yourself in the area because there is lots of parking a very short walk from the property. Angelo is an amazing host. Live like a local at this villa! »

« My family and extended family, a party of 10, booked Poggio Verde for 4 nights in June. Communication with Gretchen the year leading up to the stay was effective, quick, professional and friendly. « The property was lovely and the are very quiet. It was very difficult to locate and parking was an issue. The hot water in the shower was an issue and not enough kitchen facilities to wash up if you cook. »

« Schönes, stilvolles Haus - aber leider nicht gut erhalten (bspw Toilettenspülung teils defekt, Klopapierhalter fiel ab). Service war, obwohl sehr bemüht und sehr nett, nicht gut - bspw war Frühstück, welches für 8h bestellt war, teils erst 30min später bereit - und wurde mit schlechten Ausreden begründet (bspw „Dienstags ist es schwer, Brot zu kriegen“). »

« Wir hatten ein Familientreffen und haben uns in der wunderschönen Villa mit dem parkähnlichen Garten sehr wohl gefühlt. Die großzügigen und sehr schön renovierten Zimmer haben zudem genug Rückzugsmöglichkeit geboten. Die Gegend ist gut zum Sightseeing, wandern, spazieren geeignet und Annone selbst angenehm weg vom großen Tourismus am Comer See. »

Silvia was very helpful and responsive and Willy was on hand to answer questions about the house and make sure all was well. We loved the pool in particular. « We had a magical 3 day stay at The Greenhouse Luxury Villa. The property and house exceeded the description and photos. The grounds of the villa were an enchanting place to explore. « Brilliant stay, lovely property which was clean and modern. It would have been good to understand the pool would be closed until 1st june in advance. The stairs were also quite steep for elderly relatives. Only small things! »

« Tres belle propriété, bien située au calme entre le Lac de Côme et Milan. Grands espaces de vie, grande piscine et beau jardin. Comme l’appartement est en sous-sol, il reste frais quand il fait très chaud et c’est très appréciable. »

« Très bon séjour dans cette résidence hôtelière proche de la gare de Milan. La cuisine est bien équipée. Grand séjour confortable. Très propre et pratique. L'isolation n'est pas parfaite et un soir nous avons eu un peu de bruit des voisins. »
