'Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel mit phänomenaler 270 Grad-Aussicht (aufs Meer und auf die bewaldete Umgebung). Die Anfahrt wirkt zu Beginn etwas abenteuerlich, allerdings gewöhnt man sich schnell an den nur teilweise betonierten Feldweg. Das Haus bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen mit 2 Schlafzimmern, einem Bad und 2 Toiletten. Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, funktioniert aber ohne Probleme. 'Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub in einem außergewöhnlich tollen Haus in der Nähe von Pomaia. Wir haben das Haus mit 10 Personen und einem Kleinkind bewohnt und es fehlte an nichts. Die Gastgeber Sabine und Klaus sind unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und schaffen direkt eine Wohlfühlatmosphäre. 'Het was een goed en mooi verblijf. Vooral de ligging tussen de olijfbomen en zicht op de bergen is fijn Ruim en met alle benodigdheden. Leuk en groot zwembad met ligstoelen, ook veel mogelijkheden voor schaduw. Kort bij Pisa, Lucca, de zee, Firenze op geen al te grote afstand. Goeie gastheer'

'Monteverdi is a marvelous little town with beautiful surroundings and everything there when you need to do some grocery shopping or want to go for diner in a restaurant or eat some Italian icecream. It also has a little playground and fitness area. It's a 10 minute walk or a 2 minute drive by car. 'We thoroughly enjoyed Tenuta Vallegaia. With a family of 8 adults and 7 (grand)children we could not have asked for better facilities. Spacious, room to manoevre, great private pool and playing fields. Where can you find a better private movie theater? The only less than perfect aspect, was that the air conditioning system could not be used, due to Corona measures. Katia and Tiziana were very helpful, even though we did not require much support. 'Erg mooi verblijf in al zijn facetten. Schitterend uitzicht, heerlijk zwembad, prachtig verblijf ook met kinderen(16,13,12en 11jaar). Een zeer behulpzame familie (Andrea, Corinna, Jakob). In de omgeving is veel te doen, door de mooie omgeving is een reistijd van 50 min bijvoorbeeld naar het strand absoluut geen probleem. In het dorpje zelf kun je heerlijk eten en in omliggende dorpjes zijn er ook genoeg mogelijkheden. Wij komen er graag nog een keer terug.'

De plus le propriétaire est très gentil, il nous avait laissé des boissons et des fruits dans le frigo pour nous accueillir. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa !'

Good for 1 night in Pisa

"The hotel is located almost next to the cathedral and Pisa tower. The room was spacious however quite cold and humid. Sound insulation was not good, we could hear people talking in other rooms as well outside. Staff was very friendly to welcome you and explain the hotel and surroundings (nice local restaurant recommendations) Good enough for a one night stay"

"Hotel basique correct, on maximise le profit et on réduit les dépenses au Max. Les chiens sont admis que dans La chambre, vous ne pouvez pas aller prendre le petit déjeuner et vu qu’il n’y a pas de terrasse, c’est compliqué , Idem pour le dîner c’est mieux de se rendre en villes, notre caniche était toujours le bienvenu . Par contre pratique lorsqu’on vient en voitures et si vous aimez marcher, vous êtes au centre en une demie heure et à la tour en 50 min "
