Charmante maison confortable qui se trouve être la maison de vacances la plus proche de St. Hôpital Marys. Dans notre belle maison, à quelques pas de St. Mary's Hospital dans le prestigieux quartier de Pill Hill.
Économisez de l'argent, du temps et des tracas sur le stationnement à St. Marie Vous pouvez également prendre la navette gratuite à St. Mary se rend au campus de la clinique Mayo du centre-ville.
La maison est située à distance de marche des restaurants, des boutiques, des salons et des cafés.

La maison dispose de 3 chambres à l'étage avec lits queen et draps de qualité. Salle de bain complète également située à l'étage. Le niveau principal dispose de plusieurs aires de repos comprenant un solarium thérapeutique, une cuisine complète (instapot, mijoteuse, mixeur, etc.) et une demi-baignoire.

Magnifiques espaces extérieurs avec grill, mobilier de jardin et cour privée. La blanchisserie est située au sous-sol. Le garage, le WIFI et le câble T. V. sont tous inclus. Service de nettoyage léger fourni pour les séjours de plus de 10 jours (sur demande).

Attending National Convention
Beautiful property - very well appointed, relaxing and just as advertised. We are veterans and attended our National Conference for Combat Veterans, a motorcycle association. Thus we were on bikes. Having access to the garage, which fit all of our bikes was wonderful as the weather was rainy during our stay. The deck off of the kitchen as well as the patio out back were fabulous places for us to hang out in the evening, and the LOCATION is excellent. 1.2 miles from the convention center, and for those in need of the Mayo Clinic services, even closer. Denise was extremely helpful, and responsive. Very pleasing to work with throughout our booking and stay. I highly recommend this home to those looking for a quite neighborhood and access to Rochester amenities.

Peace in the sunshine
This was our very first stay in a VRBO home. We found it to be quaint, comfortable, easy to locate, and just a short distance to Mayo Clinic. This home reminded me of my grandparents home. We loved everything about it. The host was quick to respond and very kind. We would definitely stay again.

This was our 2nd stay at this property. The location to St. Mary’s is ideal. Accommodations were wonderful after a long day at St. Mary’s. The sun room for early morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening helped melt the stress away from a long day. Recommend this property 100%.

We were comfortable at St. Augustine house. Communication was especially great. Denise was flexible with our check out time due to surgery and appointments. The bit later check out is the reason we chose St. Augustine. It saved us from having another day in Rochester. We did notice the helicopters the first day but after that they didn't wake us.

Our stay was wonderful. We rented the home because of the proximity to St. Mary’s hospital. The home was nice however the internet wasn’t as reliable as one would hope and the indoor temp was hard to maintain - maybe it was the weather over the time we were there.

St. Augustine March 6-8 2024
We appreciated that house is on a street with very little traffic, with off street and garage parking. The house is within easy walking distance of St. Mary’s Campus. We were able to have meals at the dining room table, watching a squirrel in the backyard. We enjoyed some leisure time in the sunroom, and watched a little TV in the comfortable living room. Our son enjoyed using the treadmill. We have had the privilege of owning a couple of older houses so we didn’t mind the creaking of the old hardwood floors, as they are a part of the character of an older home. The bedrooms are comfortable as well. The helicopters coming in and going out from the hospital rooftop are a part of the neighborhood, having had a daughter life flighted to a trauma center we recognize they are literally saving lives. Denise communicated everything we needed to know and provides a nice place to stay with very comfortable accommodations. Nathan, Connie and Levi H.

Lengthy Mayo/St. Mary’s visit.
Overall the property was a great spot to stay for a few weeks during a period of multiple medical visits. We did have an issue with a smoke alarm going off in the middle of the night (end of life for the device) and Denise was very quick to resolve it and have it replaced the next day when I contacted her. Favorite space in the house is the sunroom, very quiet, comfortable, and relaxing spot.

Very Enjoyable Stay
We had a really nice stay and the home was perfect for our needs since our family came to Rochester from different cities. We had everything we needed to prepare our meals. It was nice to be downtown so we could walk around town and nearby neighborhoods. We also walked to St. Mary’s Hospital and attended Mass at St. Mary’s Hospital Chapel which is beautiful! Our host was a great communicator and provided tips for our stay. We would definitely stay again if we are back in Rochester. Thank You!

Mayo helicopter pad overlook
House was conveniently located to Mayo and surrounding area. Street had a low volume of traffic. Enjoyed sitting on the upper deck area watching the helicopters come and go. House is an older home with lots of charm. Worked out perfect for my brother and I. My brother loved the front room. The garage is for smaller vehicles for reference, cannot get an F-150 in there. Check in and out was simple. Thanks

Comfortable and convenient!
Our 1 year old was being seen at Mayo all week and this property was very comfortable for my husband and I, our son and my in-laws. Everything in the home worked well. I brought a pack and play but there was one there in good condition so if we need to come back we’ll use that and pack less! We used the patio which is right off the kitchen a ton!! Only complaint is the home is older and had very creaky floors.

Week at Mayo
We were in town for a week of testing at Mayo. The house could not have been more convenient. We walked easily to appointments at St. Mary's and were able to catch the shuttle for most appointments at the main campus. I love colonial style homes and the house had charm and everything we needed. My favorite thing was sitting out on the deck playing card games and drinking coffee. There can be a lot of helicopter noise, but we actually enjoyed watching them and never found the noise to be a nuisance. Denise was very helpful and her communication was great! She even gave us some extra time at checkout because my daughter was exhausted from her long week.

Great place near the Mayo Clinic area
We were able to stay here and be within a mile's drive to the Mayo Clinic area. My mom was in for a surgery and it was nice to have the amenities of "home" without being in a hotel. We appreciated the stay and vintage-feel of the home. My dad is now inspired to do a little re-decorating in their home because of it. I did accidentally take the garage door opener and a piece of laminated paper with me. My sister unknowingly packed it into the car before I could leave it on the table. When she took the bag out--I assumed she left the items on the table. About 11ish I got a call from Denise (owner) to return the items--which I very promptly did within 15 minutes. However, considering the circumstances I was dealing with my mom's surgery--I think Denise could have sounded a bit more understanding. If she deals with "Mayo Clinic" guests a lot and their situations--a bit better bedside manner would have been appreciated. Otherwise everything was good.

Weekend in Rochester
We had absolutely the best time staying at the St. Augustine House. The property was so clean, comfortable and peaceful. We had everything we needed to spend a weekend visiting family, with a well appointed kitchen for making brunch, a lovely & sunny front room where we sat for hours, talking & reading. We were within walking distance for shopping & restaurants. We hope this home is available again the next time we visit family in Rochester.
