'Die Anlage ist super, genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt mit sehr netten Kontakt zur Vermieterin, genau wie zu der Verwaltung. Wurden mit reichhaltigem Essen am Anreisetag begrüßt..während des Aufenthaltes wurde einmalgereingt und auch kam jeden Morgen jemand zum Pool und Anlage reinigen Wir waren einfach begeistert. Ein Manko, das Himmelbett im zweiten Haus sehr ungemütlich und quietscht Sonst alles top'

'Het huis is erg ruim en heel schoon, en er is veel privacy rondom (maar ook binnen, omdat er drie verdiepingen en diverse terrassen zijn). Marina is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.'

'Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine chez Zacharias ; la maison était formidable et idéalement placée pour visiter les deux cotés de l'île. Quiétude totale dans sur le hauteurs de la Crète, mais assez proche toute fois des plages et des commerces. Et que dire de notre hôte qui nous aura accueilli avec un diner 100% préparé maison, tout ce qu'il faut pour le 1er petit déjeuner, et nous aura même offert un petit souvenir au moment du départ. 'Wij raden deze woning sterk aan. De voorzieningen zijn goed. Het zwembad met uitzicht over de kust en zee was voor ons het selling point, en stelde niet teleur. De eigenaar is prettig betrokken, o.a. wordt het zwembad dagelijks schoongemaakt. Dit voelde trouwens nooit als een inbreuk op onze privacy.'

'Samen met onze 4 kinderen en co konden we genieten van een nette, ruime en vooral comfortabele villa. Een mooi welkomstpakket met lokale lekkernijen en een aangename rondleiding bij aankomst deden ons direct thuis voelen. 'This location and house was the perfect getaway we were looking for. The pool needed a little work but overall it was the highlight of the trip. We were able to walk out and enjoy the sounds of Greece. It is only about 10 minutes from the little town that supplied plenty of local treasures, grocery store, beaches and most important amazing ice cream stand. Alex, the host was available at anytime. We are looking forward to coming back next year!'

'Eleni and Ioannis were excellent hosts. There was plenty of room for our family of 8. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. We were treated to fresh bread everyday as well as access to the fruits and vegetables in the yard. We particularly enjoyed the proximity of the beach (5 mins away). The city of Rethymnon is about 12 mins away, which made it easy to visit many times. Having a pool was great, if some of us wanted to rest after the beach, we had the option to cool off with the...

Een buitenzwembad en een verwarmd zwembad

'Naast dat de villa top was, heeft ook Evina er alles aan gedaan om het ons naar de zin te maken met tips voor bezienswaardigheden, restaurants en mooie stranden. Ook had ze wat boodschappen gedaan zodat we de eerste avond en ochtend doorkwamen. Echt een aanrader!'

'Lovely house with large garden and pool, in great central location for sightseeing. Plenty of seating/loungers in sun or shade. Air con, Wi-Fi, shower and BBQ all worked great. Didn’t do much cooking in kitchen but seemed to have most things - except for an ice tray! Good quality towels and bedding, shampoo and shower gel provided. Mid week clean/emptying of rubbish very much appreciated. Lots of mini markets nearby (driving) with bigger ones on the road into Rethymno. Great restaurant...

'Die Villen sind wirklich schön, allerdings gibt es ein paar Dinge, die in Zukunft geändert werden sollten. Es wäre schön, wenn mehr als nur ein Müllbeutel zum wechseln Vorort wäre. Zumal die Angestellte jeden Tag da war und ohne unsere Einverständnis in die Wohneinheiten gegangen ist. Leider ging in einigen Zimmern weder TV noch Klimaanlage. Ansonsten eine schön Anlage y '
