« There was an accidental double booking in my stay, but Vince was able to accommodate me at another location not far from the original location. The accommodation was just as the pictures he sent. He was very responsive and friendly. Property was clean and quiet as well. I would book another stay. »

« Une des pires nuits de ma vie ! Pas d'accueil physique, check-in avec l'application est peu fastidieux et surtout ouverture de porte avec l'application très aléatoire et très long ! Pas très agréable après une journée de visite de devoir effectuer toutes ces démarches. L'hôtel ou plutôt la chambre d'hôtes (sans hôtes !) est situé loin du centre ville dans un quartier résidentiel. La chambre est propre et joliment décorée, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer une nuit. Les points positifs...

« The place is very nice to stay. It is very clean and convenient. You got a cute bedroom with bathroom, and you can spend time in the community space. The building is well located, with the bus station right on the street that can brings you in a few minutes at the space needle or around the city. On top of that, communication is perfect. Vince answered very quickly and nicely ro my questions. A very good experience. »

« Great place when you just need a clean, quiet place to stay and don’t want to pay for weight rooms,, pools etc. Beautiful kitchen with a few cooking essentials. They provide coffee only. Free parking out front in residential neighborhood. This was our second time there and will stay again next time we come to Seattle for family. Thank you. Paper towels would be very nice to have in the kitchen. »

« A few of us visit Seattle for a long weekend and had a great stay a the High Point home. It was comfortable, well appointed and even had a few amenities that we didn't see mentioned on the listing. There were shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in each shower. The beds and bedding were comfortable. The bedroom with the queen size bed was a bit smaller but still adequate. « Small room but I knew this before my stay so it was no surprise, what did surprise me was the closet was quite spacious and the bathroom was as well. Overall a very comfortable stay. Vince is a great host. »

« I was never communicated the location and had to chat with an Expedia agent to get it canceled. I ended up staying at a hotel by the airport instead because I got no communication back from the host within the week of staying there. They had requested ID one week prior and said my reservation would be canceled if no ID was presented within 48 hours. I did as requested and after that it was crickets. Very shady. »

« Way overpriced for someones basement that they couldn't even be bothered to remove spiderwebs from. Parking was an issue from the moment we arrived, as they requested we have assigned parking that was already taken by their friend. Was told to contact them immediately if this happens and spent 30 minutes waiting for a reply. The pictures on the website are advertising a better place than what was seen. Request no noise from tenents visiting but expect loud noises from the house above. »

« This place was perfect and exactly what my partner and I needed. I would absolutely stay here again. It was about 10 minutes away from the Chinese Garden which we had late tickets for. The host is fast, considerate, honest and so easy to communicate with. The space is private, though it is attached to a larger house, we didnt hear footsteps or anything. The hot tub is fabulous, everything was clean and tidy.. no complaints at all. »

« My husband and I stayed for a weekend at this beautifully appointed loft. Everything you see online is accurate. It’s very clean, quiet, and has a beautiful view of the Seattle Space Needle. Larissa is a fantastic host and super communicative and caring. She made sure we were comfortable and we’ll take care of. The next time we’re in Seattle we’ll definitely stay here again. »

« Nice neighborhood, room was very clean and smelled lovely. Over all comfortable. Very loud though with traffic and the walls are paper thin. But they do provide earplugs in your room. I would recommend putting something on the floors to dampen the sound of every footstep on the stairs and hallways. »
