« Terrible！ very disappointing.我們被安排住在一幢兩層高一共四間房的建築物（Rm.1-4）內裏設施簡陋，枕頭和毛巾有異味，冷熱水供應非常不穩定，時冷時熱（水熱的時候，是非常熱，但無法調較適合的水溫），滿地蟲蟻，毛巾和床鋪殘舊，都呈灰白色，十分不整潔。我們以為住進了他們的員工宿舍。因我們曾進入位於旁邊的獨立別墅視察，裏面的設施和我們住的房間簡直天淵之別。所以我們有被騙的感覺，是一次極之不愉快的經歷。 »

« The villa is clean and very well presented, everything is as pictured, 6 min walk to the beach and 5 min on a bike to everything seminyak has to offer my family loved it Only con is there is no fresh running water in the villa the running water is salty and after a while you get abit over salt water showers. (i believe the whole area is the same) and the AC in each room are quite loud at night time if you have them on high sounds like there is alot of wind on the roof. »

« Our family of four had an incredible stay at Chai T villa. The kids (ages 6 and 9) loved their upstairs bedroom while we enjoyed the spacious bedroom on the ground floor. The location is absolutely idyllic and peaceful, overlooking the swimming pool and rice fields beyond, with lovely shade throughout the day. « We as family 3 adults and 4 teenage boys had a fantastic stay. A bedroom each was wonderful…lots of space. Easy walking distance to eateries, supermarket etc. The crew looking after us were great, from the chef to the housekeeping guys they were all friendly and helpful. It was great to have our own driver Moli…he was a hit with the kids and he took us wherever we wanted to go. If we were back in Nusa Dua again we would defiantly stay again. We loved it. »

« Unfortunately we were mislead by the property manager when booking the property. We explained we would need two separate out buildings each with two bedrooms, to cater for our two families with young children. Unfortunately when we checked in we were told there were 4 separate buildings with one single room in each and one single room in the main house. « The villa is tucked away at the end of a quiet side road in Tibubeneng. It’s some way north of Jl Raya Canggu and you’ll need to leave at least 25-30 minutes to get to the beaches of Canggu by scooter (essential) given the normal S Bali traffic. Once behind the big wooden doors it’s very private with a small but lovely, shaded courtyard garden with plunge pool that gets the sun in the middle of the day.
