« Like the first time we were delighted with our stay in jetty view. The appartment is even bigger now that thé front room has been done ans the view is breathtaking. We had the best of times looking at the view and going for walks tout Ramsgate or to the pub on the way to Margate. The appartment is very well furnished and decorated and the owners have been very accommodating. We will definitely come back again!! »

« I have pictures of our disgusting dirty room with spider webs & uneven flooring. Smelly moldy rooms with wet stains on the walls and ceiling. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and neither did the TV. There was a tea kettle, but no tea or coffee. This looked nothing like the picture you showed!!! I would like my money refunded. I would not recommend this property to anyone! We slept in our clothes and couldn’t wait to get on the ship to shower and send our clothes to the laundry. »

« We were just looking for somewhere on the south coast and not particularly Deal. We picked this one because it was the nicest one we found per the listing and it lived up to expectations. The rooms were all spacious and very tastefully furnished and decorated. Everything was spotless. The kitchen was much better equipped than other places we stayed. Sue was very friendly and good with communication about our stay. She met us at the property to show us round and also give advice about the area....

« On our arrival at Love Lane the temperature outside was starting to drop (1st Feb 25), on opening the door the warmth from the heating hit you. The property was very clean, modern and cosy with extra blankets if you should need them. The owner lives at the back of the property and while we were there we didn't here them at all. Bed and bathroom were clean with plenty of room to move around. Tea and Coffee supplied with an additional coffee machine and pods was a nice touch. If you had any issues...

« The Location of the house is Perfect! The only thing to criticise was that we booked for 4 People but only got linen and towels for 3. unfortunately no response to my Text Message and Email. We figured it out since we only spent two Nights there. On First sight the house was clean but I discovered old receipts and empty Water bottles under our bed when I checked it before leaving. Apart from that - excellent property I would definitely recommend. »

« I would have liked to give a glowing review of this apartment but holiday was spoilt by arriving to find no essentials like dishwasher tablets, bin liners, cleaning cloths, waste in shower blocked, kitchen sink unusable for washing up as plug did not fit. Could only leave messages for manager which were not returned and had to spend a great deal of my holiday time chasing for these things. Not the relaxing experience we had hoped for on our first holiday for 2 years. Shame, it could and should...

« Bright and cosy stay in a one bed flat in a small terraced house. Lively high ceilings and view to the sea through the baw windows. It's not a luxury hotel! - but was functional, clean and a great option for a weekend at a festival in neighbouring town Margate.
