« We had such a magical stay in this chalet in Springbrook. The location is amazing. Short distance to Twin Falls circuit and Canyon Lookout. Beautiful rainforest and wildlife surround. The chalet is very rustic and creates a wonderful environment that accompanies the rainforest perfectly - the owners have done an amazing job. »

« Outside was nice but inside the unit was cheesy,, looked like the sheets on the bed were just old, blankets were a mixture of all sorts.. furniture needs upgrading not to mention the shampoo, conditioner etc..not individual little bottles but large bottles that stay in there from people to the next..mouth wash bottle in they 3/4 empty for the next couple to use. .water in the spa was brown so we didn't want to use it..bottle of water in the fridge was brown...you need to pick your act up..just...

« Quite dissapointed.No wifi.Housekeeping needs to check more often because I found a large dead cockroach and eggs in the second draw.(left it there.)There were ants on the left.side lounge chair that I used the small brush to get food particles off of and sprayed with fly spray a few times.It was not pleasant waking up at 2am with a large cockroach crawling up my arm or the wet foot from the water under the bed. There had been a big storm ,so assuming that's where the water came from. The last...
