Primarily a theatre rather than a hotel so not the usual service in terms of being able to approach a front desk for help/advice/room to be cleaned etc. The room itself was excellent. But probably wouldn't recommend for travellers from the EU/UK given current restrictions on us using Yandex etc, not being able to have hotel assistance booking taxi's etc had a big impact on our experience of Georgia.'
