« We had a great stay. Kelley was communicative about the details and responded to questions in a timely manner. Location was convenient to downtown Black Mountain. The only issue is the lack of cell phone service, which not a fault of the property, just stating so others are aware. You have to use WiFi calling. I recommend this property for your next visit to the Black Mountain area. »

« We have taken the opportunity to bring our families together in the past. This year we settled on Black Mountain area. Easily the most relaxing thus far. The Chalet was clean and well stocked. Kelley was extremely helpful and responsive. Sonya was awesome to work with as well. »

« Everything was so nice even though I went at a time when it was cold (March). Only drawback was that the driveway was very steep and my vehicle was unable to make the sharp turn to enter the property. No problems, though, as the owners explained how to do it. Would recommend this place to others. »

« This is the trickiest mountain road I’ve ever driven. 180° turns that go up at 90° angles, but the chalet is worth the drive. The only thing it needs is comfortable living room furniture. Dealing with Darlene is a delight. Highly recommend. »
