'Op het eerste gezicht is dit een prachtig hotel dat veel te bieden heeft. Echter is het een all-inclusive hotel (dit was niet duidelijk bij het boeken) waardoor de kwaliteit van eten en drinken te wensen overlaat. Daarnaast was onze badkamer niet schoon, in de douche veel schimmel. Ondanks dat het elke dag werd schoongemaakt. De drinkglazen op de badkamer werden niet vervangen voor schonen. 'Me gustó mucho la alberca, está aesthetic el hotel jaja, me gustó mucho que tienen desayuno incluido y tú eliges el restaurante entre 3 opciones que tienen. Lo único que no me encantó es que solo tienen una toalla de alberca por día, tampco sabía que no se puede nadar en el mar de enfrente, en Zicatela, tienes que irte a otras playas cercanas, pero para que lo tengan en cuenta. 'La propiedad es muy hermosa y está muy bien cuidada. Como el hotel se ubica frente a la carretera, de noche se escuchan los carros pero para mí no hubo problema.
