The place was spotless, and the accommodations were very comfortable. The WhatsApp customer service was extremely responsive, and the host was incredibly helpful—offering to pick me up between the townhouse and the Hirafu Welcome Center, as well as assisting with moving my luggage up and down the stairs and to the car....

« The apartment was in great condition and extremely comfortable for a family of 4. Smaller touches and attention to details could have been better - there was no wardrobe space nor drawers in the bedrooms. Also take note it’s a all-in-one washer dryer, not separate units. »

« Nice place enjoyed the location, central to skiing areas both resorts and backcountry. Place was very clean and enough room for a group. However, there was no extra blankets or pillow cases for all the extra pillows. Rooms were noisy from the vents when the wind was blowing. Plus there was a coffee make for one person, it would be nice to have a larger coffee make and two hot water kettles for tea etc. Just didn't seems like it was set up for larger groups.
