« Hôtel très bien situé pour visiter la New Forest avec un parking à disposition des clients ce qui est très précieux. La chambre triple sous les toit était spacieuse, cosy, confortable et propre. Les fenêtres de toit sont super pour gérer la température en été. 2 étages avec escaliers étroit sans ascenseur mais ça fait partie du charme. Par contre le gros bémol est le personnel pas du tout accueillant. Au check in, le strict minimum en terme d'accueil, au petit déjeuner pas un sourire et au ckeck...

« Really comfortable rooms especially the bed. I travel a lot for work and this is one of the most comfortable beds I have found in a hotel. Nice location in the New Forest. Food was great although I did not get to try the breakfast as it did not start until 8.30 which is a bit too late for a business traveller. »
