« We barely left the property, it was so beautiful to sit on the terraces and look out at the sea. Checkin was easy, Gaetano showed us the property and got us settled. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. Gaetano is very responsive to questions and needs. »

« We had a group of 11 stay at Villa Mariani. The host Kim was fantastic as was Sylvia and the whole crew. The place is a fantastic sitting up in the hills overlooking the town of San Felice Circeo. The driveway getting up to the place gave us a little pause but once you are up there it’s unreal. I’d definitely get a car and Kim and team were great and had one delivered to us. « A beautiful home with amazing al fresco dining and rooftop kitchen. This view cannot be matched. Close enough to amenities of the local shops, but quiet and private. We had a wonderful week with Gaetano and Giuseppina. They were so kind and hospitable. We stayed comfortably across 3.5 air conditioned bedrooms and could not get enough of the space and peace and the view. We will be back. Grazie mille. »

« Un appartement au confort simple mais harmonieux. Tout le nécessaire sans le superflu. Une très belle vue depuis la terrasse avec des couchers de soleil magnifique. le propriétaire est très agréable et disponible pour toute question. Un séjour au calme sur une petite île tranquille. Un seul regret : Dommage que l'eau de la mer et de la piscine soient trop froides à cette saison car elles nous invitaient à la baignade ... ne pas hésiter à faire une exploration plongée avec l'équipe de Ponza...
