« Brand new, clean property with a great layout for friends and family. Plenty of space and amenities. Host is extremely responsive. Location is good. Although not walking distance, it’s a quick ride to the square and the grove. Great weekend!! »

« Overall, we enjoyed our stay. This is our 4th time to stay in Oxford, MS in 8 months. We have four more trips planned this year. The location is ideal if you want to be near the square which we did. Check In had a few hiccups but we worked thru them with Vista. We would stay again in this townhome/condo. Thank you. Mark »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Sip Retreat as we spent Thanksgiving/Egg Bowl weekend here with 2 couples and our adult daughter. The photos DO NOT do this spacious property justice as we all had our own space, private bath and nice kitchen/ living area. Check in was seamless and the place was immaculate and filled with thoughtful snacks and drinks to add a touch of home away from home to our stay. « We came from 4 different states (including the PNW) arriving late about 1 AM & keypad didn't work. Owner stated no one had a key. After about 30 minutes, miraculously the door opened. Upon entering we immediately learned it was NOT 4 bedrooms, but 3! This was extremely awkward based on our family dynamics but we had no options to go anywhere else. I shared this disappointment with the owner after leaving more than 24 hours ago and have not heard back. »
