« The minute you walk in There is a wow factor. The house is very clean and layout is perfect. We were 19 family members and the house is so big we did not feel cramped at all. The house is perfectly constructed and renovated. Will definitely stay there again if in the area. »

« The listing photos does not do this place justice. Gorgeous house with modern bathroom / kitchen. Pool and grounds were well maintained. Very close to downtown Laconia but far enough away that the home is quiet and feels private. We definitely rent again for a large group »

« Great house and location. Ample room for our party of 9 to spread out. Private pool was a great option when not staying right on the water. Plenty of outdoor furniture and pool floats. Community dock access was nice to launch the owner’s 2 kayaks. Dock seems to need a little repair as it’s in slightly worse shape than photo(probably taken a while ago). We did fine. « House feels bigger than it is due to all the great outdoor spaces. The kitchen is well stocked for all types of meals and the living room and dinning room are great for gathering together. Very clean but could use some attention to the less used areas, such as shades etc. Overall great place for both relaxing and entertaining. Could use a couple of kayaks for when you don’t want to drag the larger boats out. »

« This cabin was lovely. Plenty of room, privacy, a calming stream to listen to while having coffee on the huge porch in the mornings. It was clean, comfortable and had plenty of entertainment. My only recommendation is do not take Melvin Rd. Our GPS directed us there and we were lucky we made it. The main road to the restaurant is the best route. »

« I was happy that parking was paved. The inside climate was comfortable, and no problem sleeping. The couch was comfy. Shower was hot and stayed hot. Toilet, flushed. I like that i didnt have to bring linen. I enjoyed having a grill while on vacation it made dinners and leftovers, uhh cake. . »
