« Property has a great location and fantastic views. A particular feature was the sitting room with large sash window. Inside property a little tired and would have benefited from an extra bathroom given it can sleep 10. We enjoyed our stay. »

« This was absolutely the best family vacation we have had! Tracey and Neal were fantastic in meeting all our needs in a casual friendly manner. We had children and grandchildren coming from different countries, total of 11. « The house has been decorated to a very high standard, but the reason for my booking was the use of the pool. The property is sold as a pool holiday (rare in the UK), but the pool was not usable in a safe manner, with loose tiling and sharp edges. You advised me that there were 'a few loose tiles', but only after payment had been made. « Very comfortable and clean. Spacious and bright. Great water views and those of the bridge. There was a problem with the heating which the landlord took care of right away. We had everything we needed during our stay. We were not familiar with a gas stove (coming from Canada) and didn't want to risk using it. No instructions were provided.
