Badezimmer ist gross, tolle Regendusche, aber viel zu wenig Platz am Waschbecken. Seltsame Gerüche aus der Toilette. Das haben wir beim auschecken an der Rezeption gemeldet, worauf die sehr nette Dame meinte, sie würden das sofort kontrollieren. Frühstück war sehr gut, nur à la carte, mit einem der besten...

'Op zich heel tevreden. Enige minpunt was dat bij vertrek werd verteld dat kamers niet zouden zijn betaald, terwijl dit via hotels.com was gedaan. Na 20 min. excuses gekregen. Advies: neem betaalbewijs mee.'

'Stayed two nights with family. Everything was clean and we had tea coffee in the room. The only strange thing was that the toilet was separate to the shower and sink so you had to go to the toilet then come out and wash your hands in the shower room. I don't know how this arrangement would suit anyone, are they expecting people not to wash their hands after using the toilet? Didn't expect this from novotel but otherwise we had an amazing stay. There's ample parking on site, you do have to pay...
