« Balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean, which is top priority for us. The condo was quite small, but suitable for 2 adults & 2 children. There was really no inside table to eat at, but we usually ate on the table on the balcony (which seated 2). Property needs a little work -- both folding closet doors were off their tracks, and the dishwasher didn't seem to work (couldn't get it to turn on). Also, there were a significant number of roaches -- I killed a dozen the first night, and a few...

« The villa was decorated in a beach scene. It was very clean and organized. The property was clean and the out door pool was nice. We enjoyed the bar and grill at the pool. Wedding was in front of Cocos and they hosted the reception. I would like to thank our host. »

« The condo has been recently updated and was spotless and had everything we needed to launch our stay. The view was very nice and the location smack dab in the middle of the island made it easy to get anywhere....we did not rent a golf cart but instead walked or biked pretty much anywhere. There is beach access right across the street. Wont be our last trip to Fripp! »

« 4pm Checkin was communicated - however we arrived at 12:30 by UBER after traveling with a layover and had nowhere to secure our luggage!Asked the cleaning ladies after 3pm if we could put our luggage on the deck until they finished - had some communication later with the owner who mentioned it was ok! « We used this condo for a 6 week snow bird destination. We arrived in mid Feb and left at the end of March. This condo was in an excellent location. It was about a 5 min walk to the shops at Coligny or to the beach. The condo itself, as advertised , was completely remodeled and very clean. Furniture, including beds were very comfortable. « This condo was so well planned. Furnishings are much above typically furnished condos. It has tons of storage everywhere; appliances are top name brands and full sized. The location is perfect, making it easy to walk to the beach, Coligny Plaza and more. The whole complex is quiet and attractive. Can’t wait to return! »

« We had a wonderful stay. I was truly impressed with organization and availability of anything you could possibly need in a rental. The layout worked perfectly for us. Our three children (8,6,6) loved taking the spiral stairs up to the loft. The also enjoyed sitting on the porch searching for wildlife on the golf course. We would definitely stay here again! »

« 3 nuits pour visiter la région et jouer au golf. Hôtel, je veux dire condo complètement meublé. Nous aurions pu y rester 1 mois facilement. il ne manque absolument de rien. Grand condo, belle terrasse, vaisselles, lave-vaisselle. il ne manque absolument rien. Grande piscine. Je recommande fortement »
