« Thought there would be lake access, but there is not, without a drive. Spent sometime fishing near the dam. House is clean, well organized, and cozy. Anytime i reached out to the host, received immediate response. Would be all five stars if it had lake access. »

« We had a wonderful time at this Sand Lake house. Everything was perfect from the impeccably decorated home to all of the amenities. Being right on the lake is wonderful, and Sand Lake is not too far from other destinations like Grand Rapids and Lake Michigan. (Would recommend The Forager for lunch or dinner which is only 10-15 mins from the house.) We rented the boat which made it extra special. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a family getaway. »

« Clean and sufficient, but a bit smaller than we thought indicated by the pictures. Had everything we needed. A bit complicated getting to the place, especially after dark due to inability to see street signs and few lights, but not uncommon for places up north. Beds upstair very firm, but I had brought a foam pad and was fine. »

« This is a beautiful home, the pictures don't do it justice. This home has everything you need to have a great vacation. The kitchen is fully stocked, washer and dryer also available. We also enjoyed the pontoon, fire pit (wood provided) with plenty of chairs provided. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a lake getaway! »

« every thing was awesome! my hosts were very nice folks. its the only place I've stayed that truly had EVERYTHING you need. the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots pans, and utensils. Very clean and well kept. Even came with a complimentary yellow lab to play fetch with. great little fishing lake. probably gonna go back this spring. »

« We loved this cottage!!! It was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved the view of the lake, we played games and read and just enjoyed the deck so much. It was very quiet and we loved watching the boats on the lake. We also enjoyed our visits from an eagle who flies right over. We would love to visit Nancy again at the cottage she is the best host... »

« My husband, friend, and I loved our stay at the Hillside cabin! It was in a great location, very quiet and surrounded by nature, and was close to restaurants and trails. Mike was great about communicating with us! We would definitely recommend for a weekend getaway and would stay again! »

« This cozy bungalow worked perfect for our family of 5 as we had friends on the lake and were able to keep our boat at their home. Very clean, smelled fresh when we arrived. The kids loved the loft and 2/3 slept up there comfortably. The 'waterfront' was more like a channel (definitely not swimmable) but my kids enjoyed the wildlife and catching frogs. I liked sitting out in the morning having my cup of coffee. Wound rent again 😉 Thank you »

« This property is exactly as pictured probably better! Location was perfect and a lot of little extras made the stay amazing. Kitchen was well stocked. The owners were great at communicating and the home was very clean. The outdoor areas were well maintained and the screened in porch was perfect to watch amazing sunsets. »
