'De kamerinrichting was verzorgd, maar de lucht was te vochtig zodat de lakens dat aan het einde van de dag ook waren. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd. Het hotel is nieuw en schoon. De ligging naast het station is erg prettig.'

'Hotel Tappi is an outstanding place to stay to relax and enjoy the scenic view of the ocean bay. Superb food choice for dinner. The Japanese onsen was great and relaxing for a stress-free stay. My family and I plan on coming again next year to stay and enjoy the surrounding area. '

'スタッフの対応は懇切丁寧でした。 お部屋も広めて綺麗に掃除されていて、電子レンジもあり重宝しました。周辺にはコンビニや飲食店もないことから、コンビニ等で食料買うことおすすめです。 また冬は部屋の隣にカーポートがあるので雪が降っても安心です。荷物の出し入れも便利でした。 お風呂が大きいのでお湯を張るのに時間がかかること、冬は湯温が若干低く感じましたが許容範囲です。お風呂のテレビは地デジ対応してないので見れませんでした。 市の事業で2/1から市内に宿泊した人にマッコ(お土産)が貰えるのは嬉しい誤算でした。4400円相当の市産品が入ってました。限定6000個なのでお早めに。 総じて、価格からいって満足です。'

'Very friendly and helpful staff. We were unable to secure our van rental and the front desk staff was very accommodating in helping us to get van taxis to get us and all our snowboard gear where we needed to be. Rooms are small per western equivalent but comfy. I’m 6’4” and was just fine for 8 nights. Breakfast was also tasty and included with the stay. '

'Toyoko Inn chain like apa hotels ...but much better. enjoyed free dinner morning. the room and staff. only thing didn't like they have member card but toerist find having card 2 much. so members check in at 15 pm. other at 16 pm. '
