'This property was perfectly suited for what we were looking for. We were looking for a place large enough for two adults and two almost adult children. This place was the size, price and location we were looking for. It is clean, quiet and good location to the beach.'

'We enjoyed our stay at Royal Dunes. The condo was very spacious and bright. We had plenty of room for a family of six. We appreciated the three large bathrooms with accessibility features. The kitchen was a nice size and adequately stocked. Though could have used a bit more silverware. We enjoyed the pool and the easy walk to the beach!! Thank you for a wonderful stay! '

'Descriptions and photos of the unit are accurate. Property manager was very responsive at every turn, any issues or questions were resolved quickly and efficiently. Perfect place for my wife and i to spend a few days. '

'Husband and I are building a home on HHI and came down to check on the progress. We love staying in Folly Field. This condo was perfect!! Exactly as described in the write up- couldn’t have been happier!! Will definitely be back. '

'Check-in was very vague. We were contacted via messenger on hotels.com instead of my email or phone. We didnt get it until we arrived at 18:00. There was no one at the security desk to let us in to the gate. Other than lack of communication in the beginning it was okay. Beautiful property nice and quiet. The pictures were not of the room we got...we thought we werr getting a loft style instead of apartment style. '

'This is a great location for accessing the northern beach at Fish Haul. Very quiet property. The TVs in the 2 bedrooms worked fine.The TV in the main living space was beyond frustrating with 3 remotes - spectrum, roku, and insignia and no instructions. For heaven sakers, leave a guide for your guests!'

We had to call with questions a couple times and had no issue getting through to someone. The pool wasn’t too far and the river/beach was a few minute walk from our unit. ' Very quiet, the condo was well equipped with everything you need and well maintained. We will come back again. '

'Condo was less than expected. Fans in bathroom didn't work or when they did i was waiting for a fire. Every step the upstairs neighbors took could be heard, not to mention the squeeking floor. The hot tub is supposed to be 18+ only, but every evening a group of teens would congregate, play music and drink alcohol, making it so the adults couldnt use the hot tub. Called security and was told the cameras didnt work, but they would check. I could see the hot tub from my condo. The security guy...
