« Overall my stay was excellent, I would definitely stay there again, the only complaint I have, there wasnt any draws to put our clothes for our stay other than what we could hang up. other than that we had to leave it in our suitcase and what was odd is finding a doorknob taking apart and and extra lightbulbs in the TV stand and a mop and mop bucket in the closet were we had to hang our clothes. »

« Gorgeous landscaping amid twisting, spanish moss dripping live osks, the Effie was outstandibgly welcoming. The staff was remarkably friendly and aimed to please in every situation from arrival each time we left the sight to our final departure, we felt like family. The Baytown Wharf had much to offer from live music to a plethora of restaurant chouces and shopping just a short walk from Effie Hotel. The shuttle service to and from the beach was fantastic as no long waits were necessary. ...

« The kids loved the pool and the lazy river. There were plenty of activities in town for cold or rainy days. The beach nearby was so beautiful. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. We liked the big room and the balcony. The big fridge was a good addition. »
