'Newly and beautifully renovated villas. Across from the pool on the front side and superb living, bedroom, and patio with great golf course view. Only one problem. On first level, very poor WiFi and cell connection. Be sure to talk with front desk about adding a WiFi extender. '

'This was our group's second time staying at Base Camp, and we were so happy to come back. The tranquil vibe captured the essence of our retreat weekend. All the rooms are well designed and kept, and the little details, like the welcome Crumbl cookies, were such a nice touch. The house is stocked with most everything that you need, so there was nothing to worry about. Our team can't wait to come back next year! '

'Our stay was amazing! We spent a lot of time at the pool, swim-up bar, grill, and firepit. The property has a ton of privacy with hedges that completely surround the backyard, and the house had everything our family needed. The property is a quick and very easy drive to shopping, groceries, restaurants and the BNP Paribas tennis tournament in Indian Wells. The host Kevin was very easy to work with and quickly responded to any questions we had. I'd recommend this property to anyone looking...

'House was fine. If a bit dark and in need of some updating. Maybe it’s just me but the security was too much. Doors to outside were old and hard to use. Sticks needed? Plantation shutters were damaged and flimsy plastic. BUT The home was clean and systems worked. We didn’t cook or do laundry but all that looked fine. The host was very nice and helpful which is a big plus in our book. Would certainly stay again.'

'If you’re headed to Palm Desert/Springs this is a great spot to stay. Margret the host goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Pool area and jacuzzi are great (please note that it is shared space should the other room is booked). Highly recommend!'

'Nice area'

'Deans place was great. We enjoyed the location most, as we were able to walk to many places with the kids in the strollers. Property was clean and well maintained. Neds are very very tall, so with little ones we had to make adjustments, but all were very comfortable. The kitchen and area was very well stocked. Wish more VRBO owners would leave stuff from previous tenants. There were even pancakes! Great place - Thanks Dean '

'This was a new rental so I was hesitant, but we were very pleased with the property. The location was great, and it was clean and sunny with a very nice patio overlooking the golf course. Kitchen was well provisioned with glasses, dishes etc, and the bed was very comfortable. Towels and linens were excellent.While it isn't large, the space is pleasant, well-designed and comfortable. Communication and check-in were seamless. Highly recommended. '
