Lovely Home with Ample Space for Family
We recently stayed at this property and had a pleasant experience overall. The house is spacious and comfortably accommodated our family members. The layout is great for spending quality time together, and the amenities provided were sufficient for our needs. There were a few minor issues we encountered during our stay. Upon arrival, we noticed that the couch was broken and a wall plate in one of the upstairs bedrooms was damaged. We promptly notified the property manager about these issues, and they were responsive to our concerns. Additionally, there was some dirt under the furniture, which we believe is something the property manager can address with the cleaning team. On the morning of our checkout, there was an unfortunate mix-up with the checkout date, and the alarm was accidentally set, waking us up at 7 am. While this was inconvenient, we understand that mistakes happen and appreciated the property manager’s attentiveness. Despite these hiccups, the property served as a wonderful home base for our family getaway, and we would recommend it to others.

Family Weekend
Great house for my siblings and I to stay while visiting our parents. Plenty of room, comfortable beds and comfortable furniture. It was nice for each of us to have our own bedroom with bathroom. Good communication with owner as well. Very reasonable price was nice.

Great family reunion spot!
Loved staying at this property to get the whole gang together. Was very spacious and clean. Cristina was extremely helpful about accommodating our family. Would love to book here in the future.

Great House to Accommodate Large Family
We rented this house and the adjacent cottage for a recent family event in the area. We had a total of 13 people ranging in age from one to ninety. Everyone was very comfortably accommodated. The houses are comfortably and thoughtfully furnished. Communication with the host was easy. I highly recommend this rental for anyone with a large group to accommodate.

Family Wedding Trip
This was a perfect fit for our large extended family. By renting this home and the 2-bedroom guest cottage next door there was plenty of beds and bathrooms for all. Location was perfect for the Wedding we were attending in Sanford and the other activities in Oviedo. Plus, it was only about a half hour drive to the Orlando Airport and Sea World. House was very clean and comfortable. We ate at the restaurant and also went on the Airboat ride which are adjacent. Would fully recommend.

Great gathering place for families.
So perfect for five sisters and some of the family to gather and reconnect. Our niece and family came all the way from Scotland! She was raised in Orlando, but was her tc congratulate her Mom for 50 years at Disney World. Such an honor! Will re-book again and again. Thank you!

Weekend stay
The property was a little way off a main road so it was quiet but a bit secluded. The lower level was an open living, dining, kitchen with 2 bedrooms and bath. Upper level had 4 bedrooms 2 with their own bathroom and 2 with a shared bath. If toy have a large group that needs to get ready for an event at the same time it works well. The beds were ok and the pillows were just awful, bring your own if you can. There was one very large TV with local channels in the living area. Parking was limited to 4 vehicles. The property was fine for a short stay.

Great house for large groups
We checked in for a week for a family wedding close by. We had the mansion and cottage ! Great house! Just bring more starter items Dish soap Washer soap Hand soap Garbage bags It has a very limited supply 2 of each We asked for a few more towels and they brought some so that was great We were from Canada so can’t bring those items And just an added thing to do on first days of arrival Some confusion VRBO had a weekly rate advertised but was told they don’t do weekly rates. Overall fantastic stay and would recommend and go back We also did the airboat rides and had a private event in the bar. Service was amazing !

Communication was excellent!
Need to hire a cleaning company that actually clean. Walls were badly scuffed. A few Bathroom towels were stained. The few small rugs were dirty, especially the bathroom rug. Sooo…Grateful for the washer and dry. I love the style of the home, just wish the rooms had televisions.

Awesome stay for large group!
The property is in excellent condition and accurately described. A perfect place for large family gatherings. Property management communications were absolutely outstanding. This property would be on fire if it had a backyard entertaining area. But if you’re looking for a great place to gather and just stay the night at it is absolutely the right place, we felt very safe and comfortable!

Just what we needed.
The house was quite comfortable and suited our needs very well. I was a little annoyed at the nickle and dime fees. One for extra parking spots. Our family rented both properties. There was no need for the extra fee.

My family came to Florida for my nephews graduation in Orlando. It was a great house. We loved the Black Hammock and the airboat ride. My whole family loved the Gator Mansion.

Fun times
We were in town for a wedding and the Gator Mansion was perfectly located for our group. The accommodations were wonderful. Plenty to see and do. Check out the Airboat rides down the street if you're curious about Florida bird and alligator life. So much fun! Place was clean and had plenty of space for us.

Great bathroom and bedroom setup.
The bedroom and bathroom setup is fabulous for a large family. The house was very clean. Just a couple notes that might be helpful to future guest:. There was not a K-Cup coffee machine, and we were left with very limited kitchen supplies such as trash bags, dishwasher tablets. We have owned many rental properties ourselves and found that the more cleaning supplies we left for people the cleaner they left the house. Nobody ever walked out with my entire box of trash bags. Overall a great stay.

Family celebration!
The house was so great for our big group. Everyone commented on how perfect it was. And having the cottage behind for added family members was so convenient that we could all celebrate together. Christina was helpful. It is sparse on dishes and towels. I must have read the listing wrong because I thought there was a swimming pool.
