'We had a very nice spacious ground floor room with king bed and large bathroom (suite 7) in the Carriage House annex. It had a view of the main building's rear. It is a nice heritage building. Towels and shower were good. Breakfast offered freshly made hot items and home-made jam of good quality. Friendly staff. Parking in the quiet street in front of the hotel. Breakfast time between 9 and 10 am, a bit too late to our liking. The king bed was a bit too sensitive to a partner's movements in bed....

'Everything was great - from the home to the attentive team who helped us along the way! The kitchen and barn were great gathering areas. The barn is truly special. The outdoor space was amazing too with views of the hill country and stars at night. It's hard to leave this wonderful place but we did arrange some rides to explore Austin, which was a nice balance to our trip. '
