« We came to Lawrence for a doctor's appt. The appt was over by noon, which was too late to check out. The front desk said they couldn't help because I booked through a third party. So, we tried to call hotels com., but had no luck. We packed up and drove back to Garden City.Everything I read said there would be no refund so that's where I gave up. We will be back in June »

« Tv size was huge!!! No local laminated tv guide list for all the tv channels. Dorm size fridge in the room. Queen size beds seemed small. The bathroom was descent size, and the shower had great water pressure! Overall the room was very clean with an open floor concept with vibrant colors! The staff was friendly and courteous!! »

« My husband is in a wheelchair. The bed is too high for him to transfer into without my lifting him. At 78 it was a difficult task. The bed was also very soft which further made it difficult. Other than the bed situation the meal and facilities were very nice. »
