Awesome little house!
We booked this little gem at the last minute when coming into town for a 4 day baseball tournament at University of Alabama. The owner was very responsive during booking and with answering questions. The home was beautifully decorated and very clean. Beds/pillows were comfy. Showers were great and we had all the conveniences of home. Location was great with easy access to downtown Tuscaloosa dining and shopping. My boys enjoyed the TV with access to Disney+. I highly recommend this property if traveling to this area.

What a beautiful place! Clean and cozy, very comfortable beds, quality linens, cute decor, with a big backyard in a nice neighborhood. Thank you for having us. We will be back for sure!

Poor Management
The house is lovely and has great potential. However, the listing had an inaccuracy, which was changed as soon as I raised the issue. I wasn't complaining, just wanted the listing corrected for future renters. The property manager/owner however denied it, making it into an issue. A few days after departing, I received a notice that we would be charged $400 for a damaged rug with a burn hole next to the fire place. The property manager/owner had set the fireplace up for use, with firewood already in place but did not have a screen in front of the fireplace. Their lack of safety equipment or a sign saying ‘Don't use ‘ is now my problem? They also refuse to respond to my emails. Rent at your own risk!

Northport home
This home is located on a quiet street. It is ideal for my husband and I because it is blocks from our son's home and we visit Northport to visit he and his family. It is a remodel of an older home that is very tastefully done. It is clean and well stocked. Beds are comfortable. I would suggest a few more items be purchased for the house to make our stay even better and those are kitchen dish towels and bathroom face towels (there were only 2 in the house). Otherwise this is a great home for our visits.

Awesome property and location!!
The location is perfect for moving in our kids to UA. It's convenient and parking is a breeze. We receive all of our Amazon deliveries, and the place was so quaint! The Host was amazing and super responsive. Property was spacious and lovely! Will definitely return soon.

First off I have to say that this house looks exactly as pictured. The house is decorated very nicely. Upon our arrival I went upstairs and it was crazy hot - 93 degrees. I contacted the management company, who was very responsive. We went to dinner and the AC guy showed up soon after. After he left it was still crazy hot upstairs so I would have to sleep with my daughter in the kids room. Upon entering the bathrooms we began to notice mouse droppings. I contacted management again and they would have someone come in the next morning. Upon further inspection there were mouse droppings everywhere! The ones on my daughter’s bed were the last straw. We could not stay there. We had to find a hotel at 9:30PM on a Saturday night. Thank goodness it wasn’t football season! I have to reiterate that the management company was very kind and responsive. The house will be wonderful once the mouse issue has been resolved. Until then I cannot recommend this house.

Darling home close to University of Alabama
The house is so cute and well decorated! Clean, comfortable and spacious. We had two adults and two teenagers but you could easily have several more. Indoor laundry, nice sitting area outside, super well done. We stayed there while touring the University of Alabama for baseball.

This older home was given a professional remodel along with professional interior decorating that were both very well done. The location was perfect for us since our professor son lives blocks away within walking distance. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and on a quiet street. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the beds comfortable. It suited our needs and we had a nice stay while visiting our son and his family.

WONDERFUL HOUSE!!
Our family of 6 met up in Tuscaloosa for our granddaughter's volleyball tournament and a family get-away. I started looking for hotels and there was no availability or very expensive. I was so excited when I found this charming house that was reasonable and fit our needs plus much more on VRBO! I can't say enough about how nicely it was decorated and the comfy the furniture was. It was a beautiful home and fun stay and highly recommend!! We will be back!

Wonderful Property not far from Campus
We had an incredible stay, the house is decorated adorable and very clean. It was perfect for our group, we were able to grill out, cook for our group. Also a BIG plus was it was less than 10 minute drive to campus.
