« J'ai payé 75AU$ sur le site hotel.com pour un petit dejeuner qui est facturé 35AU$ sur place! J'ai réclamé aupres de l'hotel qui m'a renvoyé vers Hotel.com. Ceux ci m'ont bien confirmé que c'était l'hotel qui fixait ses prix directement sur la plateforme. L'hotel n'a donc pas été honnete avec moi. je n'ai pas apprécié du tout cela, car c'est un bel hotel de standing. Pas acceptable! »
