'Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and nicely decorated. Towels were clean and nice. Breakfast had lots of options. The hotel was crowded this day, but the staff was doing a good job to keep food items stocked. It was obvious the hotel had extra staff to deal with the crowd. One of two elevators was down. It was somewhat inconvenient, but not bad. '
