« I loved the cleanliness and ambiance of the hotel room. The room that we had was spacious, bright and warm. The front desk staff was respectful and informative. I will definitely be back during my future stays in Newport Beach. The room was missing a fire detector, but the technician came to the room with 5 mins and fixed it. Everyone was professional. My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay. »

« Biggest disappointment was the sliver of ‘sea view’. The company has now built a new building in front of the original hotel almost completely blocking the sea view. You should amend your description. »

« Beautiful property. Modern, safe , well-kept, and well-appointed. Majestic views of upper Newport bay from my room (with small veranda so I could actually be outside, which I adored.) Staff members were polite, efficient and friendly. Parking is very expensive ($42/night) and bottled drinking water is significantly overpriced. Water bottles in the room will set you back $9 each, while vending machine water is $4 per bottle (cash only vending machines). »
