« Property very well maintained, nicely renovated and super clean. Very nice common areas, so close to the beach and to the boardwalk, and a quiet location as the property is close to the end of the boardwalk. We enjoyed our stay. The host was very responsive and very nice. Be aware that the futon is on the hard side (fine for kids, but not for adults). »

« Loved the location. Very close to a express bus stop that took you straight to the city hub where you could catch any subway to your destination. « We had beautiful weather and the condo is nicely furnished with a great view of the ocean. I didn't realize bath towels and soap or shampoo are not supplied. Luckily there was a store open that we were able to purchase these items. »

« Great stay in a great neighborhood. Easy off street parking with everything in walking distance. At first I thought it was weird that we needed to provide sheets and towels but honestly, it was nice to have our own linens and blankets. Quick walk to beach and great restaurants. « My sisters & I meet every year during the off season for a weekend without spouses, kids, or dogs - just us! We loved how close this rental was to the beach & Washinton Mall. We parked our cars on the street in front & just walked everywhere the entire weekend. House is cozy, but also has 3 bedrooms! Owner super responsive when we locked ourselves out! Lived our stay! »

« I really liked the property so it had nothing to do with where I was staying. My husband had recently passed away and i thought if I could get away by myself it might help me adjust better.
