'The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They now offer breakfast which is a huge plus. The TV in our room wasn’t working but as we were so tired and only staying the night it didn’t matter. We did report it to the desk at checkout and they said they would have maintenance look at it. We would stay here again. '

'This is my second time visiting this hotel and it has been a consistently amazing experience. From the front desk staff to the cleanliness of the room you would think you are staying in a 5 star hotel. This hotel has old time charm in a modern style. The room is very spacious and the view is fantastic. It’s centrally located to some great restaurants. I’m staying here moving forward anytime I have to come to Syracuse University to visit my child.
