« 家族で3連泊いたしました。リノベーション物件とは思えないほど素敵な内装でした。大変快適な時間を過ごすことができました。客室数に対してスタッフが多くまた大変気持ちの良い対応をしてくれました。外国人の滞在が多いようで、多国籍のスタッフでの対応でしたが、日本語の会話にも困ることなくご対応いただきました。朝食は種類は多くはありませんし北海道らしいメニューも多くはありません。しかしながら、朝からスパークリングワインのサービスがあったり、サラダは非常にフレッシュでした。 »

« The place is clean and well equipped. It’s about 750m away from Sapporo station. Communication is in Japanese, so you need to Google translate. Would prefer a more detail explaination on how to access to the key and the room. We were struggling with the instruction for close to 30 mins. »

« Our family of four absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the 7-minute walk to the train station made getting around incredibly convenient. Breakfast was simply heavenly—delicious and satisfying every morning. « Stay for 3 nights, the property will contact for check in instructions prior to check in, not that difficult. Room is little different from the photo, we got a big dining table instead of a sofa, but is ok. Kitchen is good and function, missing chopping board lol. We found the washing machine wasn’t working and sent a message by email and got figure out that we need to switch on the water. There is a Times car park opposite to the property too, 1600yen for 24 hours. Overall is a cozy stay! »

« 25階に大浴場とサウナがあり、宿泊すると無料で利用できる。ととのいチェアーや外気浴もあり、充実して最高でした高層階の眺めが良く、札幌市内と遠くに山並みも眺めて、ゆっくり寛げました »

« About 15 mins walk to the JR Sapporo station or 10 mins to the closest subway station. About 7 mins walk to the Toriton conveyor belt sushi or Butadon Ippin. Supermarket is nearby for grocery shopping and 7-11 is just around the corner. The property doesn't provide parking but there are several paid parking lot near this building and the closest one is just across the building. The building is new and the google map address provided doesn't show this new building at the time we stayed at...

« Located in a residential district with narrow streets and no sidewalks. The parking is two short blocks away at a commercial lot without in/out privileges. Costco Hiroshima is in walking distance. Overall, we liked the nontouristy experience. The air conditioning worked very well. The beds were comfortable. »

« 窓からは海が見渡せるので景色がとても綺麗。寒い時期だったので入ってすぐあったかいのは嬉しかった。ドラム式洗濯機があるので洗濯乾燥にも困らなかった。布団も2段ベットや敷布団もあり人数がいても十分足りる。小学生以上のファミリーや大人向けな印象。基本的なアメニティは揃っていて不便さはなかったがスティックタイプのコーヒー等が置いてあると嬉しかった。高台にあるので車で行くと、駐車するのに急勾配な坂を登るので慣れていないとちょっとドキドキしてしまうかも。また、階段に手すりがなく、2階も吹き抜けというか壁が柵になっていて小さい子どもだと危険がたくさんあった。何度も落ちないか不安な場面があったので、小さい子どもがいると目が離せずホっと息を抜ける瞬間が少なかったのが残念。車で2分のところにセイコーマートがあるので、朝ごはんの買い出しなどには困らないかな。チェックインやチェックアウトのやりとりも困らず、難しいことはなかった。 »

« I try to contact Royal Heights Kikusui Station last week but have no reply. I believe there is a small battery shaver (Sanyo) left on the table in the room or in the bathroom or on the floor. If the house owner find it, please inform me and I will arrange my friend to pick it up/send it back. Thank you! »
