'The house is very tidy and offers many possibilities. The biggest advantages is certainly the covered terrace where you can sit outside all night and go in the jaccuzzi whenever you like. The neighbourhood is very quite, but bigger cities are within driving distance. A special mention to the employee Laurence who was very communicative, gave us an excellent explanation at check-in and check-out!'

'Tout s’est bien passé. Piscine, visites, balades à pied ou à vélo. Regret: pas de chaise enfant, mais c’était annoncé. Autres regrets: plusieurs choses différentes entre l’annonce du propriétaire, celle d’abritel et celle de Belvilla: pas de vélos disponibles alors que l’annonce en prévoyait,;lits de 1,4 m; heure d’arrivée. Sinon nous avons été bien accueillis par la dame qui s’occupe de la maison, par contre le propriétaire a répondu à un mail sur deux… Donc ce serait bien de mettre les...

'Very reasonably priced and comfortable place to stay. Only a few steps away from Fosse Dionne and convenient to town and the train station. From this home base, we visited Dijon by train and Auxerre and Chablis by taxi. The place has everything you need. Two bedrooms are up a narrow flight of stairs which may pose difficulties for elderly people and the toilet is located on the first floor only. Very nicely decorated. '

'I was pleased with the apartment, it is very well equipped and well located. However, I found dirty dishes and cutlery in the cupboard. The dishwashing sponge was used and on the first day we were unable to take a hot shower for two consecutive people. There was only enough hot water for one shower. I sent a message by email and WhatsApp and did not receive any response. The daily rate was extremely short (4:00 pm to 10:00 am). They were very focused on charging for extra things.
