'The pool area ended up being closed for a party but since we had a hot tub of our own we were content. The room stayed very warm even though it got chilly and windy at night, the space was very cozy and peaceful and just what we were looking for. '

'We stayed at this property to visit the Jack Daniel’s distillery. Convenient location in quiet neighborhood. Beautiful scenic drives in all directions. Host was friendly and was ready to meet any needs. Spacious rooms that were charming and nostalgic. Walk in shower was fantastic! We enjoyed lighting the oil lamp in the evening and lightning a fire in the wood stove in the morning. Would stay at this property again.'

'The road to the cabin was scary but once we realized there was a back entrance it was good. The area is beautiful and very quiet. Our host was very helpful and made sure all our needs were met. The cabin was spacious and clean. We loved that even though the cabin had its own hot tub there was also the pool house that had slides and its own jacuzzi. We would definitely stay here again.'

'I stayed for two nights while attending a concert at the Caverns nearby. It was so clean and comfortable, and I really enjoyed my stay. The area is absolutely beautiful, and I hope to come back with my kids soon!'

'Stayed at this amazing cabin on a weekend trip to go play golf at Sweetens Cove. It is an easy 15 min drive from the course and is a clean nicely furnished relaxing spot with amazing views. Highly recommend! '

'This was a great cabin rental in a beautiful location! The cabin was spotless and the view was incredible. The rental process was extremely easy and the host responded promptly anytime I messaged him. The indoor pool area was great and there was plenty of wood for our fire pit. We will return!'

'Highly recommend this cabin. Have stayed at several cabins in NC and TN, this one was super clean, in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Would have loved to stay longer. Driveway is a bit steep for regular cars, our Jeep had no problem though. Amazing patio, perfect for grilling or relaxing.'

'We are a family of 4 with a furry companion that needed a place while we checked out South Cumberland and Savage Gulf State Park. This place was absolutely perfect. The cottage is perfectly decorated, had everything we needed, and was a great location to check everything out. We will definitely be back! '

'Very secluded and very cozy hillside home! All 3 rooms and common areas were spacious, clean, and exactly what we were hoping for. We will definitely look to stay here again next time we get this way.'

'We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Camp McGu! The house was everything that was advertised and more. The owners were thoughtful and proactive with communication. The home was in excellent repair and easy for us to enjoy. The kitchen was well stocked with all one needs to cook if desired. Bikes, kayaks, paddleboat and a nice dock to just sit and soak up the moment on the lake. Highly recommended!'
