« When i arrived i was told to go to a queue on the outside because there were 4 desks open. I then had a couple shout at me because they had been waiting. I tried to explain that i was doing as I'd been told. The staf didn't stick up for me and another man pushed past too. I was travelling as a lone female who is already traumatised and needed to get away. I could have broken down then and there in reception. I feel that staff could have been kinder and more helpful. »

« Always stay here as the service is the best in MK! Had no clue you had to pre-book the carpark now as its a change of management. Having downloaded the app and tried to book the parking, it was fully booked! Note for next time. Also could have displayed it on the hotels.com website so customers are aware prior to travelling by car. »

« Chambre et sanitaires modernes. Lit confortable. Le seul bémol est l'absence de table, chaise ou truc pour poser ses affaires (il y a juste deux patères au mur). Pas de petit-déjeuner proposé sur place. »

« Lovely stay once again at this hotel and my kids loved it and staff very friendly.. One issue was the washing basin plumbing was very annoying as everytime you use the tap the drain make continuous loud noise for about 5mins and that was very annoying »

« J ai passe un super séjour de 3 nuits avec mes deux fils le personnel était agréable. J'ai été surprise par la propriété de l'hôtel un petit points négatifs la chasse d'eau des toilettes fonctionnait difficilement. Le petit déjeuner avec buffet a volonté sans plus sinon dans l ensemble j'ai apprécié. »

On the not so good side would be the cleaning... we found dental floss things under our bed, as well as some yucky hankies, so not the best... what's more our room didn't experience house cleaning despite being there two nights. « House was lovely and in a great location. Was very spacious and well equipped apart from lack of recycling bags and washing up equipment. Was hard to get hold of the owner and get check in instructions. I had to chase a few times and get vrbo to chase them. Good but could do with a clean.
