We had a great stay. Everything was as stated in the house. My kids loved the pool and the air hockey table. It was nice find a bunch of pool floats. Location is great! Lots of places to eat close by and a very close rude to the beach and Canaveral if you want more options. Washer and drier could be updated but they work and nice to have for our stay.

We had a blast! It was helpful to have the washer/dryer on hand. The kids woke up and swam as soon as they could. In polite consideration of the neighbors, the owner had asked that there be a noise curfew. The area is quiet and we found easy access to grocery and shopping. It was what we needed to decompress from a busy lifestyle.

Overall we had a wonderful time. We loved having our own pool! Beds were comfy. Kitchen well stocked with dishes,pans, etc. Kids enjoyed playing air hockey and pool. Close enough to the beach for fun beach days. The only issue we had was that it needs a good deep cleaning and the dishwasher was broke. We cooked most meals at the house so we had to wash dishes, but that wasn’t that bad. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Spot for our week
The house was perfect for our stay for the week. My daughter was playing in a softball tournament in Viera and this location provided a quick commute and privacy for the family. Having the pool was great for my boys while their sister played softball during the day and for a late afternoon swim. The ping pong table added many hours of fun. Having the kitchen was also beneficial and allowed us to eat most of our meals in. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to everything you need. We only had one problem during our stay and that was with our internet. I contacted the owner and within minutes the owner responded and was able to assist in getting it fixed. If in the area again, we would definitely come back and stay.

All in all, we had a wonderful time here. Pool was awesome—especially having to shelter in place the last two weeks. Eric and Colleen were helpful with most requests. The house had plenty of entertainment—pool table, ping pong, air hockey—and the very clean pool. There’s always room for improvement—new queen mattress, pool cover, and a mixer for baked items. I recommend this rental and hope to return again.

First off we loved the location was nice and quiet. My family and I are not the picky type. There were issues with the house we worked around them. Bottom line It's a rental and well used it could use just a few weeks of downtime to refresh some of the outside area and a good pressure wash. But nothing that stoped us from having a good time.

Family Vacation 2019
This property met all the needs of my family. House was somewhat clean, but presentable. Cleaning could’ve been a little more detailed. The walkway to the house is overgrown and could use a trimming on the hedges. One disappointing thing was all of the pool toys and floatation devices were ripped or broken, except for a basketball hoop. We just went and purchased some from a local store. However the location was prime to local area beaches and other tourist spots. Overall we enjoyed the property and would consider using it again.

Overall nice stay. Could use some TLC
The property all in all was good. There are a few things that need some TLC. A good power wash to the outside of the house , outdoor doors, and screen house would solve. The indoors was clean, could use a good dusting on fans. The beds were good and clean. Could use some new pillows especially in master. Could use some updated towels. The pool heater didn’t really heat the pool enough to enjoy. The dishwasher stopped working after 4th day. Did contact owner in regards to this. They couldn’t get a repair man out no big deal just had to wash by hand not a deal breaker. All in all it was a good trip for what we paid.

Appearances Can be Deceiving
When we pulled up to the house it was looking a little rough, the grass was tall and there was roof damage, but once we made it through the front door we were pleasantly surprised. The house was spacious enough for 4 adults and 2 small children. The pool was great, and clean. We thoroughly cleaned the grill and were able to grill lunches and dinners, which was a nice break from going out to eat every meal. I suggest bringing pillows, there weren’t enough to go around and they were small. Also pool/beach towels are needed. Overall our stay was pleasant, the owner provided a list of excursions and popular places to eat so that was useful. The beach, restaurants, shopping and activities are all in short driving distance.
