The OH Wow Ocean Oasis
This house is everything it's advertised to be and more. It was clean, well-equipped, roomy, and perfect for our family of )10 adults and 6 children(from 10 yrs. old to 18 mos. old. the pool has a protective screen around it (peace of mind for the moms). We all enjoyed movie nights in the theater room! The property manager responded immediately to our few concerns. We will be back soon!

The property size was perfect for all 18 of us. The king beds are very comfortable. The kids rooms were perfect. The theater room was a hit for all. We ran into a couple of snags, but property management did a wonderful job responding to our concerns. An Absolute perfect getaway.

We were extremely impressed with our stay and how charming the property was. The attention to detail in the decor was evident, and we could tell that a lot of thought went into it. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of open space, making it perfect for larger parties.

Traditional Family Summer Vacation
The Ocean Oasis is a wonderful venue for family and friends to gather for a summer vacation. Extremely clean, the floor plan is awesome; plenty of room with a lot of space for all members. The Casino room was a hit - great area for game nights! Proximity to beach was excellent and easy to navigate. One drawback: there was a lot of construction very, very close to the backyard (less than 200 feet). New condos being built; work started early every day so we woke up to electric drills, jack hammers, trucks, and most everything that goes into building gorgeous condos. I have no doubt. Overall, I would definitely recommend this area/venue to friends and family. And we would consider returning for future vacations.

Amazing property !
Even though we saw the pictures on the website, it did not do justice to the house. The house was large enough to accommodate my family. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were dreamy. The beach was only a few minutes walk away from the house. It was lovely to have bathrooms at the beach and showers. If I have anything to say that will be negative is that they should be at least some cleaning products at the house. May be a supply of salt and pepper and the right coffee filters for the coffee maker The pool was lovely, but it looks cloudy when we got there. I will definitely recommend the property to my friends and family.

Great vacation in Melbourne
We had a wonderful multi-generational vacation! The location was fabulous- we loved both the harbor and the ocean. The ocean was so close to our Villa. The club house pool and activities were fun! The house beyond met our expectation. It was very clean! We used all the fun extra rooms- theater, poker, basket ball and pin ball. The beds were wonderful- all adults had King size beds and the kids enjoyed the theme rooms. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes for our group of 14. We loved the hot tub! We would love to come back!

Loved Dior Themed bed rooms
Lovely!!! Stayed here for 5 nights with my wife and each night was a beautiful experience. We both wanted a home where we could unwind and enjoy each other's company and this house proved to be A HIT at that. My wife is a choosy person but she loved every part of our stay here. Thanks for making the bed bath and the kitchen user friendly for a couple like us.

Great Property close to Beach
Great venue for large groups, lots of space and very new and clean. Set backs the pool was cold, hot tub was not heating and no one came to fix it. Other draw backs were most of the showers had zero pressure and hot water ran out with large groups. Basic utensils, pots and pans etc but one garbage bag, one toilet paper roll no spices salt and pepper unlike many other rentals we have used. Basically had to buy extra stuff for the stay which was inconvenient.

Great Stay - Best pool & beach
This was a great property for vacations. The Villa is located in a beautiful, safe, quiet neighborhood. The property is as described. It was very clean and near to the beach. My daughter loved Dior-themed room, pool and casino room is amazing as well. We enjoyed a few movies in the cinema which was a cherry on top. I will recommend it to everyone as it is a brand new home and Villatel team is communicative and helpful.

Very spacious house for a big crowd!
Overall the house was GREAT! Lots of space upstairs and downstairs, plenty of room for everyone without being piled on top of each other. Love the layout of the house but just wish the walls weren’t so paper thin (with kids running around it was hard to keep the infant asleep during day naps). The casino area and theatre room were the most popular for our family to watch TV. Bedrooms are all a decent size and a couple are pretty large. My entire family raves about how cool the house is! P.s. I missed the part in the listing that it is located in construction area so the view out back was not appealing and don’t think it will be even when they are finished because all the houses are so close. We made the best of that part anyway. A few minor glitches that happened to us: 1) parking confusion because email stated no street parking but found out on day 2 after taking to host that it actually was allowed so that was a bit of unnecessary stress on us 2) only 4 bath towels in the entire house so had to request more and they happily brought them 3) ice maker is very small so don’t depend on it and 4) the dryer still did not work properly, just like the previous review states.

Negatives are (1) club house under construction, (2) a lot of construction around the Villa, (3) not able to wash and dry clothes as dryer was not working, (4) some inaccuracies in the website such as description about parking and check-in process.

Beware: Too good to be true
We were really excited about this newly built home and the reviews available seemed promising, but we were very disappointed. Arrived on Friday night and found the the pool and hot tub were cold (we paid an additional fee for it to be heated). The Villatel team was very responsive, but stated the heat was turned on so we had to wait until the next day for the pool to be inspected. Turned out to be a mechanical issue that couldn’t be fixed due to warranty etc. We settled on getting the pool heat fee refunded. Okay, that sucks for your vacation but not the end of the world. On Saturday morning we found out that there was literally construction surrounding the home. I mean construction workers in the back yard… Being woken up by machinery at 7am is not ideal on vacation. What were they building? The resort/beach club! This location does not have “some construction in the area.” It is very much an unfinished location that doesn’t offer what is promised. There was no beach access or “steps away from the ocean.” You have to drive to a public beach parking lot a mile down the road. Not horrible if you knew upfront, but we chose this location to be able to walk to the beach. Other resorts in the area had private (locked) gates across the street, so it’s not unheard of to expect this from the description. Then 2 days into our stay (Sunday) we find out the dryer didn’t work either. Attempted to run the dryer 4 times and the laundry was still damp. This same day the power shuts off in all the bathrooms. We had to reset the breaker and call the property manager again. The home was inspected the next day and the dryer was found to have another mechanical warranty issue that couldn’t be repaired right away. They were able to move us into another home in the neighborhood, but not until the next day (Tuesday) AND this new home did not have a working dishwasher! It was becoming comical at this point, but we had 18 people needed a laundry. We looked on the bright side since this new home had a working pool heater. Jokes on us, because it didn’t have a hot tub which we originally booked in the first home… All in all we spent 4 days in a home that had multiple issues and a 5th day was spent moving 18 people to a new place…. We had 2 more days to make the most of it and if you can believe it the 2nd homes dryer didn’t work either… To note: No “arcade room”, board games, table games, ps4, resort gym. Walls so thin you could hear everything & it echoed like crazy.
