Truly a traditional cottage in the backdrop of Ponderosa Park. Welcome to Ponderosa Cottage, where charm meets comfort! This lovely cottage hosts up to 4 adults and two children with 1100 sqft of living space to share with loved ones. This split level A frame traditional mountain cottage has an open living concept on the main floor, a propane fireplace to warm up those chillier winter nights and floor heater boards throughout for individual comfort. There is a queen bedroom located on the main floor for easy access, spacious with lots of closet space. There is a full bath on the main. The kitchen is quaint yet functional with amenities to help surround your mealtimes with ease, simplicity and a worry free experience. Comfort surrounds the living area with plenty of seating for all to enjoy. During the summer months, there is a wonderful extended deck that surrounds the property for outdoor enjoyment and pleasure. Lots of wildlife abound year round!

The loft boasts a comfy daybed with two twin sleeping options. The full 2nd bath is in the loft area as well as the 2nd queen bedroom hosting a flat screen tv. (A great separate area for a couple with two kids). In addition, a full washer/dryer laundry area for your use. BBQ is also available for those dinner cookouts.

Parking is available in the driveway (up to 2 cars) and a smaller trailer. There is no garage access. There is an exterio lean too covered space for personal storage of smaller winter items etc., but not large enough for a vehicle or a trailer.

Just 1.5 Miles from the main entrance at Ponderosa State Park, your winter/summer activity awaits! If you'd like to snowshoe, hike, jump on a mountain bike trail, launch your boat, cast a pole or book the yurt for a private event, this destination is close and hosts a variety of activity to enjoy all that McCall has to offer.

This property is a pet- and smoke-free environment, and kid-friendly of all ages. Maximum occupancy 6 persons, 2 cars. Must be 25 years old to rent.
