Pretty Good But Some Major Drawbacks
We visited in February for a few days of snowmobiling in the area. I called the mgmt company asking if there is room for 3 trucks and 1 trailer and if the parking area is plowed. They said yes. Upon arrival, it was all but impossible to get the truck with trailer down the very narrow very icy sloped road that doesn't allow much wiggle room to back the trailer into the driveway. As you swing the front of the truck out wide while backing up, you hit the walls of snow/ice along the road that prevent you from maneuvering. The home was clean, so we appreciated that. It was well heated upon our arrival. While they do provide a drip coffee maker, there is no single cup brewing machine there, which is standard in 2025. It would be a worthy investment of 100 to put one in the home for guests. It's close enough to town to access easily. If you're snowmobiling like we were, you're just down the road about a mile from the Green Gate snow parking lot with trail to the entire McCall trail system. It was conveniently located for our needs. Brundage ski resort is several miles away with easy access up Hwy 55. The bed in the downstairs bedroom was very comfortable for me, but I have my SleepNumber bed at home set to 35 - very soft. If you like a stiffer bed, you may not appreciate it.Internet access was reliable and fast enough for streaming on the 75" (I think) massive TV in the living room. There was plenty of fire wood on the back porch to make a real fire. Very nice.
