« We scored one night in this cute little cottage, it was a perfect peaceful getaway! An easy walk to the art museum, short drive to SOMA, lots of gorgeous historic homes around to see. We liked eating in, breakfast was easy to prep. Everything was clean and comfortable, we slept great, loved the shower!! 10/10 would stay here again! »

« Tile floors dusty, dirty, grass, food crumbs. Ceiling fans in all 3 bedrooms had 1/4 inch grime and dust. 2 bedrooms had substandard windows coverings. Front and back yards were unkempt. Furnishing inadequate for sleeping 6 - dining table small, seats only 4. Inadequate eating utensils - 5 forks, no coffee pot, no mugs. Stark furnishings, couch, 1 chair in large living area. Not homey or inviting. »

« The cottage is so well equipped and absolutely has the best floor plan! It is so much larger than I expected! The beds are very comfortable and it has everything you could possibly need to feel at home. It is in a great location with easy access to restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay. »

« We loved our stay at the cozy cottage. It has a big fenced in backyard & all of the comforts of home. It was so comfortable & very convenient. It’s a great spot for small families!! My son really appreciated the Roku TV. Our host was very responsive & helpful. We would definitely return & stay here again in the future. « We were in town helping out with my father and this was the perfect place to retreat and relax after stressful days. The house is beautifully decorated, immaculate and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable with quality linens. Watching the birds on the river or the sunset in the evening was just what we needed! »

« This house was everything and more for my family over the holidays! We had two young kids (both mobile but under 2) and the large living room was *perfect* for them to play all week. The bedrooms are a great size and beds are very comfortable. You can’t imagine how big the kitchen is! (And it was so well stocked - you won’t randomly run out of forks or anything like that!) The location was nice in that you’re not right on top of other neighbors - so quiet and peaceful! A nice little fenced area...
